This stylized cross is sterling silver with what looks like brass and copper on a block of dark stained wood. Measures 4 7/8" square and 1" thick. Has a cut out in the back to hang it. Has the EMAUS 925 sterling plaque with Eagle #217 on the back. Has tarnish and a little wear to the corners.
Classic mid century modernist design.
Measures about 2 3/8" long and 1" wide. Marked Sterling, Hand Wrought and with an impressed upright hammer flanked by two wings for the maker. It currently has a 'G' monogram, but could probably be buffed out.
Fine work, quality piece.
Marked with what looks like YUXO or YUKO 925 behind the inlay and on the inside of the band. May be Chinese or Japanese, not sure.
Fine condition, shows some minor wear. Warm patina, pretty striations to the bone.
Measures 6 3/4" long and 5/8" wide. Has a very unique slide in box clasp with a swing over safety latch for extra security. Marked on the back Ecuador, 900 and with a partial maker's mark that looks like leaves in a triangle.
In fine condition with very minor wear. Nice weight and striking design.
This brooch, in a foliage design, measures 2 1/8" long and 1" across. Signed Jo Michels Sterling on the back. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Fine condition with some patina.
Unusual design for this artist.
Made from thick sterling with a triangular layer of copper connected by silver studs. The surfaces have are textured. Currently a size 7 1/2, but has an open back so it is somewhat adjustable.
Has a signature and what looks like 925 but difficult to read. Could be worn with the point facing up or down.
Measures about 1 5/8" across and 1 7/8" high including the bale. In very nice condition with a dark patina, we did not polish it.
Marked with the Anvil, and 925S on one side of the bale and Finland on the other side. Fine example of Kauppi's work.
