A very unique modernist pendant in sterling silver with a small turquoise colored cabochon, reminiscent of the work of Lapponia. Signed with stylized initials that we are unable to identify and 925S for Sterling.

The pendant measures 3/4" high and 7/8" at the widest. Currently on a Mexican sterling silver open ended neck ring. The bale is large enough to accommodate a thick chain instead.

A vintage hand wrought Modernist sterling pendant and neck ring with a large raw geode stone and a round coral colored orb.

Pendant measures 3" long including the bale and 2 3/8" across. Pendant is unsigned.

Paired with a flattened and curved sterling neck ring. Marked with Taxco Mexico and 925 around the artisan's initials FDH on the back. Also has an eagle #3 mark. Neck ring measures about 12 1/2" around with an opening of 2 1/4". The neck ring can be adjusted somewhat.

A whimsical brooch in a fish shape designed by the Swedish Modernist Jeweler, Birger Haglund.

Marked STE for the maker, Town Mark for Stockholm, National Mark, Silver Standard, and date code for 1977. Also signed Birger H for Birger Haglund.

Measures about 1 1/2" long and 1" at the widest. Has a bezel set red stone, probably a garnet. Curved for an interesting effect. Rollover safety clasp holds securely. In very nice condition.

A modernist Sterling Silver bracelet by Ed Levin in an open, overlapping design with a bezel set opal at one end. Hard to find Ed Levin pieces with opal.

Measures 7 1/4" around. Can be adjusted due to the slide nature of the design. Marked © Ed Levin and Sterling. The oval shape makes it easier to expand and slide on.

Fine condition, has some tarnish and minor surface scratches.

A fine, hand wrought modernist sterling silver collar necklace by the California studio jeweler, Gerald Stinn, (1937-2019). Thick hammered sterling wire gently curved and flattened.

Measures about 11 1/2" around with an opening of about 3". Measures 1/4" at the widest. Probably better for a slender neck although can be adjusted somewhat.

Marked Stinn Sterling. In very nice condition with a warm patina.

A wonderful sterling silver necklace by noted Navajo silversmith, John Begay. He worked at White Hogan in Scottsdale, AZ with Allen Kee and Kenneth Begay.

Signed on the back with the initials JB, the White Hogan Mark, and Sterling.

Measures approximately 15 1/2" around, 1 1/4" at the widest. Hook clasp. Very nice weight, cool modernist design. Slight surface scratches.

Lays nicely at the collar bone. Circa 1950-60.

Measures 3 1/2" long and 2 3/8" high. Marked with the conjoined CC mark inside a diamond. Has a 'C' clasp which holds securely.

Two pair of vintage modernist earrings by Winifred Mason Chenet in copper and brass.

According to published reports Winifred Mason Chenet was an African American woman hand crafting jewelry in Greenwich Village. She worked with and trained Art Smith, a well respected African American modernist jeweler. She believed that each piece should be unique and distinctive.

A vintage long pendant with a thick hammered sterling horseshoe and an art glass or purple striated stone jewel by Anna Greta Eker for Norway Designs Studio Plus.

A vintage hammered sterling silver circles necklace attributed to the American Studio Modernist jeweler, John Lewis. This example is unsigned, but it is similar to other examples we have had.

Great hammered texture, circles are various sizes. Measures 24" long. Closes with a secure hook clasp.

Very nice condition, has some minor scratches and darkened patina. Nice hand wrought feel.

A sterling silver modernist ring with an amber ball by Danish silversmith, Niels Erik (NE) From.

Marked From 925S. Measures about a size 7. In nice condition with some minor scratches and nicks to the edges of the back of the shank. Not very noticeable when worn. It may need a bit of cleaning but we will leave that to the new owner. Looks like it may have been resized by a previous owner. The ball sits 1/2" off the finger.

A vintage hand wrought brooch in the shape of cattails in sterling silver with yellow rutilated quartz stones.

Measures almost 5 1/2" long and 2 1/4" at the widest. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Heavy, thick sterling. The stones are a golden color with lots of inclusions for an interesting effect. They have some roughness to the edges which we think are original to the piece. The brooch as a dark patina, we did not polish it.
