An abstract sterling silver brooch by Modernist NYC Silversmith, Henry Steig. Has white and black colored pearls on either side of an 'X' design. Measures 2 5/8" long and 1 1/8" at the widest. Rollover clasp holds securely. Signed on the back Steig Sterling. Thick sterling, darkened patina. Fine condition.

An early cross pendant in Sterling Silver with Coral, Amethyst and Turquoise by Matilde Poulat. Cross measures 1 3/4" wide and 1 7/8" tall. Marked MATL in script, Mexico, 925 and Pate 10670. Amethyst stone is faceted. Suspended on a 26" long Taxco hand wrought sterling chain marked with an Eagle #3, and the initials PCM. Fine condition, the colors of the stones are vibrant. Classic MATL design.

A vintage sterling silver geometric pendant with an inlay of exotic wood and a carnelian colored cabochon. Hand wrought intricate chain marked sterling on the hook clasp. Pendant measures 1 5/8" long and 7/8" across. Chain measures 19" long. Chain is original to the pendant, it can't be removed. Fine condition. Interesting contrast between wood and sterling surfaces. Well crafted studio piece.

A Painting by the listed Arkansas artist, Maud Spiller Holt (1866-1952). Measures about 18" by 22", overall frame about 23" by 27". Shows wear and dirt to painting and wear to the finish on the frame. Signed lower right and Little Rock Frame shop stamp on back. Fine example of her work.

An unusual pair of twisted Taxco, Mexico Sterling Silver earrings with bronze or copper ends by William Spratling. We have not been able to find another pair in this design. Measure 3/4" across and 5/8' high. Marked on the back of each screw back with Spratling Silver which was used from 1940-44. Screw backs hold securely. Have some tarnish, a tiny ding and minor scratches. Great design. Pre Eagle.

An Arts and Crafts sterling silver pendant necklace by the Art Silver Shop of Chicago. Pendant has a large, cushion shaped carnelian cabochon. Pendant measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/4" across. Marked on the back with Hand Made, conjoined TASS and Sterling. Chain is 20" long and looks to be original to the pendant. Has a spring closure marked Sterling. Fine condition, Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Beautifully made. Great example.

A first design period sterling silver cuff bracelet by William Spratling. This cuff, known as the 'Dog Bone', measures 5 3/4" around with an opening of 1 3/8" and 7/8" wide at the ends. Probably could be slightly adjusted if needed. Marked with the incised WS with Spratling Made in Mexico in a circle mark, and Sterling. Has some minor scratches and tarnish and some very tiny dings. A true find for the collector.

A vintage modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by Hans Hansen, Denmark. Measures about 6 1/4" around with an opening of 3/4" and 1 1/8" at the widest. Marked with script Hans Hansen, Denmark, 925S and design number 213. Designed by Bent Gabrielsen. In fine condition with very minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Sleek and well crafted. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A Fine Painting from the Noted Tucson Artist, Marylka Modjeska (1893-1966). Modjeska studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, in Provincetown, MA, at the Art Student League in New York and the Academie Julian in Paris. This Painting measures about 23 1/2" by 20" in its frame of about 28" by 24".

A vintage hand made pendant in hammered brass with Pre Columbian pottery beads and a central mask. Hammered brass neck ring hooks in two places in the center. There are five dangles on the bottom with stone and ceramic beads and hammered brass disks. Central pendant measures 5" long and 2 7/8" across. Neck ring measures about 22" around. Etched signature on the back, 'Donna Brown'. Reminiscent of the work of Annette Nancarrow and Maya Mexico. Well made, bold design.

A sterling silver hand wrought brooch by the mid century modernist studio jeweler, Ruth Berridge, (1921-2004). Looks like rows of randomly placed flattened pebbles. Curved for a multidimensional effect. Measures about 2 3/8" across and 1 1/2" high. Hand signed © Ruth Berridge, Handmade Sterling on the back. Rollover clasp holds securely. Fine condition with minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. This piece is from her estate. Classic Ruth Berridge design.

A mid century modern necklace with a large pendant in pewter by Lysgards in Denmark. Pendant has a brutalist texture with a rough cut amethyst geode. Marked Made in Denmark, Lysgards Design, Tin and 93. Measures 4" long to the top of the bale and 1 7/8" across. Original chain is a paper clip style with a toggle clasp. Measures 24" long. In nice condition with some minor tarnish and scratches. Cool mod design!

A pair of vintage hammered sterling silver brooches from the American Studio Modernist jeweler, John Lewis, available in two sizes. Great hammered texture. Larger brooch measures about 1 3/4" across and 1 1/2" high. Smaller brooch measures 1 1/2" across and 1 3/8" high. Both pieces are marked Sterling and with the crossed JL mark of the artist. A vintage hand wrought Sterling Silver reticulated floral brooch. Measures 2 3/4" across and 1 1/4" at the widest. Signed Handwrought, Sterling and with an impressed mark that looks like a flower pot. Has a rollover clasp that hold securely. The brooch is thick sterling and curved, not flat. In fine condition with very minor surface wear and a little tarnish. Classic Arts and Crafts period piece.

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver Cufflinks by Antonio Pineda, Taxco. Measure 1" long and 7/8" wide. Marked with the Antonio crown, 970, Silver, Sterling Mexico and an Early Eagle 17 mark. Heavy silver with large moonstone bezel set cabochons. Toggles function properly. Have some tarnish. Beautifully made, classic Antonio.

Also signed Sterling and ©. Measures about 6 3/8" around with an opening of 1" and 2 1/4" at the widest. Hand made piece. Thick sterling, heavy and substantial. Looks great on.

A sterling silver hand wrought necklace with a central fringe of molten, drippy dangles by the mid century modernist studio jeweler, Ruth Berridge, (1921-2004). The necklace measures about 17 1/4" long, and the longest drop is 1 1/2". Marked Berridge in three places on the back of the drops. There are two hooks on the snake chain that hold securely. Fine condition. This piece is from her estate. Amazing work from a gifted artist.
