A pair of Taxco, Mexico Sterling Silver earrings with Tortoise Shell by William Spratling. The marks on these earrings date them to 1949-1956.

Measure 1" across. Marked on the back of one earring with the conjoined Script WS and 925.

Screw backs hold securely. Fine condition. Tortoise shell is a warm, honey brown color. Have some tarnish and minor scratches...

A vintage modernist 800 Silver buckle with a brutalist design. Signed on the back with the studio artist's initials, 'RA' and 800.

Measures 3 1/2" long and 1 7/8" wide. Has a three dimensional design that resembles the surface of the moon.

Fine condition, substantial piece.

A wonderful Skonvirke 830S silver brooch by the well regarded Danish silversmith, Evald Nielsen, (1879-1958).

Measures 2 5/8" long and 5/8" at the widest. Has one central dark purple cabochon. Very light, delicate hammering, beautiful repousse work. Marked 830S for the Danish silver standard and the stylized EN mark on the back. Has an older rollover clasp which holds securely. Very fine condition, with minor tarnish.

Quality piece. Beautiful classic Danish design.

An Arts and Crafts period acid etched silver metal brooch by Carence Crafters in a Dragonfly design.

Measures 3 1/2"" long and 1 7/8" high. Marked with the conjoined CC mark inside a diamond. Has a 'C' clasp which holds securely.

Nice contrast of dark and light. Interesting triangular shape. Classic Arts and Crafts design.

A very unique hand hammered sterling pendant and necklace with two green stones, (probably Chrysoprase).

Pendant measures 6" long and 1 3/4" at the widest. Chain measures 18" long and has a hook closure. Marked on the back Israel, 925 and an 'M' in a circle for the artisan's mark.

There are 'Y' shaped cut outs behind the stones so light can shine through. Striking design, lots of movement.

An amazing sterling French Cuff Bracelet by the well known Arizona modernist silversmith, H. Fred Skaggs. Has three large jewels in varying shades of purple and pink and one small purple stone on the other end. Not sure if they are stones or art glass. May be amethyst.

Measures 7" around the inside with an opening of 2". Can be adjusted slightly. Measures 2" at the widest. Has darkened textured areas in contrast to shiny polished sterling...

A finely crafted hammered sterling silver bracelet with six green, oval cabochons in an Arts and Crafts design.

Measures 6 3/4" long and 1 1/4"high. Hook closure holds securely. Fine condition with minor tarnish.

A vintage heavy sterling brooch depicting a gnarled branch by the noted Maine Silversmith, Condon Kuhl. There is also a sterling pendant in the shape of a Ginko leaf by the same artist. The pendant can be hooked onto the branch and worn together.

The brooch measures 3 1/4" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Heavy and solid. The Ginko pendant measures 2 1/8" long and 1 3/4" across. Has delicate texturing on the surface...

A sleek modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet with a side opening by Swedish silversmith Alton, designed by Per Davik. Measures approximately 6 1/2" around with an opening of 1". Can be adjusted. Measures 1 5/8" at the wider end. Marked Alton, F for the city mark, Swedish silver standard, A10, (date code for 1975), Sterling 925, and Designed by Per Davik. Thick sterling. Warm patina, minor scuffs, fine condition.

An acid etched brass Arts and Crafts period watch fob by Marshall Field & Co. Chicago on a suede strap. Measures a little over 1 1/4" wide and 1" high. Strap measures 5 1/4" long and 1 1/4" across. Marked on the back 'Made in Our Craft Shop, Marshall Field & Co.' Fine condition, great Arts and Crafts design.

A pair of sterling silver oval brooches made for Tiffany and Company, New York with the original box. Measure 2 1/4" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Marked Sterling and Made for Tiffany and Co. Also marked with a Maker's Mark, 70, and an etched in 493. They have thicker pins so can be worn on coats or heavier garments. 'C' clasps hold securely. Brooches have some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. The box is marked Tiffany & Co. New York. Box shows some wear...

A modernist cast sterling silver pendant in a 'pitchfork' design by noted Mid Century silversmith Christian Schmidt, (1926-1974). Signed with his stylized 'S' hallmark and Sterling. Measures 2 3/8" long and 7/8" across. Three dimensional curved design. Interesting contrast of dark textured patina on the sides and polished surfaces on the top. Would look great on either an neck ring or chain.

A vintage modernist bronze link bracelet by Pentti Sarpaneva. Looks like a row of people holding hands. Measures about 7 3/8" around and 5/8" wide. Has a box push in closure which holds securely and a safety chain. Marked Bronze, P. S. and Finland on the back of the clasp. Nice contrast of dark and light surfaces. Fine condition, classic design. 1960's.

A vintage pair of kinetic figural screw back earrings by Ex-pat Ken Beldin in copper, silver and patinated brass. Measure 2 3/4" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Ken Beldin etched on the back of the brass part, hard to read. Screw backs hold securely. Fine example of his work.

An abstract sterling silver brooch by Modernist NYC Silversmith, Henry Steig. Has white and black colored pearls on either side of an 'X' design. Measures 2 5/8" long and 1 1/8" at the widest. Rollover clasp holds securely. Signed on the back Steig Sterling. Thick sterling, darkened patina. Fine condition.

An early cross pendant in Sterling Silver with Coral, Amethyst and Turquoise by Matilde Poulat. Cross measures 1 3/4" wide and 1 7/8" tall. Marked MATL in script, Mexico, 925 and Pate 10670. Amethyst stone is faceted. Suspended on a 26" long Taxco hand wrought sterling chain marked with an Eagle #3, and the initials PCM. Fine condition, the colors of the stones are vibrant. Classic MATL design.

A vintage sterling silver geometric pendant with an inlay of exotic wood and a carnelian colored cabochon. Hand wrought intricate chain marked sterling on the hook clasp. Pendant measures 1 5/8" long and 7/8" across. Chain measures 19" long. Chain is original to the pendant, it can't be removed. Fine condition. Interesting contrast between wood and sterling surfaces. Well crafted studio piece.

An unusual pair of twisted Taxco, Mexico Sterling Silver earrings with bronze or copper ends by William Spratling. We have not been able to find another pair in this design. Measure 3/4" across and 5/8' high. Marked on the back of each screw back with Spratling Silver which was used from 1940-44. Screw backs hold securely. Have some tarnish, a tiny ding and minor scratches. Great design. Pre Eagle.
