A whimsical sterling silver brooch and matching earrings depicting fish with applied copper wire and stone or art glass eyes.

The large brooch measures 3" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Has a large oval amethyst cabochon. Signed Ed. Wiener Sterling. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Has some minor tarnish and surface scratches. Thick, heavy sterling.

The screw back earrings measure 1 1/8" long and 5/8" at the widest. They have faceted bezel set purple stones for the eyes...

A vintage pair of modernist sterling silver cuff links by Hans Hansen, Denmark in a three dimensional block design. Measure 1 1/4" long, 1/4" high and 1/2" wide. Marked with HaH, Denmark and 925S. Also have the number 643 on the side of the toggles. Toggle clasps hold securely. In nice condition with minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Heavy and well crafted. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A rare sterling silver ring by William Spratling in the Vindobonesis style. The ring is from the first design period. Measures about a size 6. Dates from before 1946. Marked with the script 'WS' surrounded by Spratling Made in Mexico, and Spratling Silver. This ring has wear to the surface and a ding to one of the vertical balls. The ring has some tarnish and surface scratches. This is a very hard to find piece of Spratling jewelry.

A modernist sterling silver ring by noted mid century jeweler, Sam Kramer, in a layered abstract shape with a garnet cabochon. Measures about a 5 3/4 - 6. Face of ring measures 3/4" long and 7/8" across. Marked with Sam Kramer's mushroom mark and sterling. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. There is some wear to the darkened area and a little roughness to edges of the points. Great MCM design.

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver earrings by Antonio Pineda, Taxco with oval onyx cabochons.

Measure 3/4" across and 3/4" high. Marked with the Antonio crown, and an Eagle 1 mark. Clips hold securely. These earrings have some slight dings to the edges and some tarnish. The back of the clips show some wear.

Well crafted, classic Pineda design.

A long pitchfork shaped sterling silver brooch by Jean Lasnier. He was a member of the Metal Arts Guild between 1951-64 with many of the well known studio artisans of the Mid Century Modern jewelry movement.

Made of polished sterling with a central textured piece for an interesting contrast. Measures 4" long and 1" across at the widest. Marked Sterling and Lasnier on the back. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely.

Fine condition. Striking design.

A wonderfully constructed heavy neck ring by Andreas Mikkelsen, Denmark. Mikkelsen worked with Georg Jensen and designed modern pieces for them before striking out on his own. Streamlined curves, thick sterling, very Mid Century. Marked A.Mik., Denmark, and 925S. Measures 13" around with a 2 1/2" opening. Can be adjusted slightly. Meant to sit on the collar bone. A sterling silver hand wrought necklace with a central fringe of molten, drippy dangles by the mid century modernist studio jeweler, Ruth Berridge, (1921-2004). The necklace measures about 17 1/4" long, and the longest drop is 1 1/2". Marked Berridge in three places on the back of the drops. There are two hooks on the snake chain that hold securely. A very unique hand wrought large pendant made of Sterling, Brass and Bone.

The pendant measures 4 1/2" long including the large bale and 1 3/4" across. The bale curves and holds the brass and bone parts of the pendant.

Currently suspended from a silver metal neck ring which measures 16" around and has a secure hook closure. The pendant is unmarked but has been tested as sterling. The metal content of the neck ring is unknown...

A vintage pair of sterling silver and onyx modernist cufflinks by Antonio Pineda, Taxco in a checkerboard design. Measure 1" long and 5/8" wide. Marked with the Antonio Crown, Sterling Taxco 925 around Hilda, Mexico, and 970. Has an Early Eagle 3 mark on the side of the finding. Thick silver with an inlaid design. Toggles function properly. They have some tarnish. One of the smaller onyx triangles is not as shiny as the rest. Highly stylized design!
