A fabulous brooch by noted Taxco silversmith, Antonio Pineda in a star design with amethyst cabochons. This early piece is marked with the AP mark, Taxco and 980 for better than sterling silver. Measures 3" across. Has 10 amethyst cabochons and a central larger one. Heavy and substantial, this brooch would also look great worn with a converter on a chain or neck ring. Signed 925 for Sterling, Mexico and TC-85 for the Taxco artisan's registration number. Has some minor surface scratches. Heavy and well constructed. Looks and feels terrific on.

A well crafted sterling silver and amethyst fish brooch. Has a purple amethyst cabochon for his eye. Well hallmarked with Sterling, Hecho en Mexico, 925, Taxco, the artisan's initials LJD, and the style number 2034. Measures 2 3/4" long and 1 1/8" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds tightly. Fish appears to be smiling. Great whimsical design.

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver Cufflinks by Antonio Pineda, Taxco. Measure 1 1/8" long and 5/8" wide. Marked with the Antonio crown, Silver, Made in Mexico and an Early Eagle 17 mark. Heavy silver with red and white fluorescent cabochons. Toggles function properly. Have some tarnish. Very unusual color!

A rare William Spratling Feathered Eagle Pendant. This is from his first design period, 1931-1946. Marked with the WS, TAXCO, 980 and MEXICO. Measures 2 1/2" high and 2 1/4" across. Paired with a silver hand made chain that measures about 23" around and closes with a hook clasp. Chain has a tiny hallmark on the clasp. In fine condition with some minor tarnish. Rare book piece.

A sterling silver long necklace with alternating three dimensional geometric links by Reveri Castillo, who apprenticed with William Spratling and worked for Hector Aguilar's Taller Borda prior to going out on his own. This necklace measures 27" long. Has a box snap in clasp that holds securely. Clasp is marked Reveri in script, Sterling, Taxco Mex, and Eagle mark #40 whioh is the assigned number for Reveri. Fine condition, has some tarnish. Quality piece.

A vintage modernist unusual Neck ring from Sigi Pineda, Taxco Mexico. This neck ring attaches in the back with a box clasp instead of the usual spring hinge. Much easier to put on! Measures approximately 15" around. Marked Hecho en Mexico, Sigi Tasco, Eagle 36, Sterling and with a design number. In nice condition, has a few scratches and is slightly out of round. Clasp closes tightly. Looks great on!

Marked on the back Ledesma, Mexico, Taxco, 925, BB, Eagle #3 and design number 289. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Has a hairline on the side which doesn't go all the way through. The stone is stable. There is a variation to the texture of the surface in one small area. Probably original to the stone...
