A Landscape Painting by the listed California Artist, Herbert Sartelle (1885-1955). Measures about 24" by 30", overall frame about 31 3/4" by 37 1/4". Very good work and in its rather fine original frame.

An Interesting Mural Study from the well regarded Dallas Artist, Perry Nichols (1911-92). Measures about 8 1/2" by 25 1/2", frame about 14 1/2" by 31". Fine example of his work.
