A rare sterling silver spoon and knife by the talented silversmith, Peer Smed. The spoon measures 6 1/2" long. The knife measures 9 1/2" long. They are heavy and substantial. Both pieces are marked Hand Wrought, Peer Smed and Sterling. Blade of the knife is also marked Stainless. Fine condition with very minor scratches. Spoon shows some wear to the inside of the bowl. Both pieces have wonderful hammering. Fine examples of hand wrought silver.
A four piece place setting in sterling and wood by Hector Aguilar. Handles are made of 940 silver and rosewood. The fork and the knife are marked with the conjoined HA and Taxco on the back. The knife is also marked 940. All four pieces are in the same pattern. Knife is 9 3/8" long, fork and the longer spoon measure 7 1/4", and the other spoon is 6". Signed on the bottom, Hand Wrought, Salvador, Hecho en Mexico, 430. Box measures 5 5/8" long, 4" wide and 1 3/4" tall. Has some minor tarnish and one very small area of uneven finish. Tight hinge. High style.
A wonderful hand wrought Demitasse coffee pot, creamer and sugar in a design very similar to William Spratling's Volteo pattern executed in brass, copper and exotic wood. The Demitasse or chocolate pot has a right angled handle, bottom of pot and top of knob are copper, body is brass. Measures 6" tall and 3 1/8" across not counting the handle. Hinge is a little wobbly.
Creamer Measures 2" tall, and 2 1/4" across the bottom. Open sugar measures 1 3/4" high and 2 1/4" across plus the handles...
A modernist pair of Sterling Silver salt and pepper shakers by Rancho Alegre. Main portion is in a brushed texture contrasting with the bottom disks which are shiny and smooth. The very top parts are shiny also. Measure 3" tall and 1 1/2" across the bottom. Signed Rancho Alegre, Sterling, Taxco and 925. Also signed N. Giles on the bottom of one, probably for the designer. Nice condition with some minor tarnish. Pre eagle, 1948. Fine Mid Century feel.

A vintage modernist hammered silver plate and wood handled coffee set. Consists of coffee or tea pot, covered sugar, creamer and tray. Pot measures 8 1/2" tall and 6" at the widest. Creamer is 3 1/2" tall and 4" from handle to spout. Covered sugar measures 3" tall and 2 7/8" across. All have some kind of exotic wood handles. Tray measures 11 3/4" long and 8" wide. Shows wear to the plating on the tray , pot and creamer. Creamer has a very small ding. Great design. Unsigned.
A set of eight sterling silver gilt demitasse spoons by David Andersen with white enamel guilloche. Measure 3 7/8" long. Marked on the backs David-Andersen Norway Sterling. Enamel is in very nice condition. A little wear to the finish of the gilding. Have some very small spots of tarnish. Classic David Andersen.
A Large Hammered Sterling Silver 1927 Golf Trophy from Sedlacek & Co. in Los Angeles. Blue enamel logo "A G C" with golf clubs. Engraved "Invitational Tournament 1927" and "Second Flight Winner." Measures about 9 1/4" across and 7" tall. Weighs about 37 ounces, this is not the silver weight, as the base is weighted. Impressive piece, being sold as-found, has dings to top edge, crimping and excess solder where bowl is attached to pedestal and scattered flaws. Nice period example.

A hand wrought sterling repousse large vintage picture frame from Peru. Detailed floral design. Measures 15" across and 13" high. Opening measures 8" across. Back is made from 1/2" thick exotic wood. There appears to be two cracks in the wood that can't be seen from the front. Marked Peru, Plata, Esterling, Hallmark of a Llama and A Mano. Nice dark patina, fine metal work.
