A well made sterling silver brooch in an abstract design by Stig & Astrid Gusterman who came to the US from Sweden in the 1950's and started their jewelry business in Denver. Marked Sterling, Denver, and SGr in a square for the Gusterman hallmark. Measures 2" long and 1 1/4" across. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds tightly. In nice condition, has a little tarnish and minor surface scratches. Heavy for size. The Gusterman daughters now carry on the tradition with a store in Santa Fe, NM. ...

A vintage hand made silver brooch in an Arts and Crafts design with a ceramic square cabochon in the center. Signed ORNO for the artists' cooperative in Warsaw founded in 1949. Also marked with an oval cartouche with a woman's head facing right and 'W' for Warsaw and the number 3. There is also another head facing right. 800 Silver. Measures 2" across. Has a 'C' clasp that holds tightly. Dark patina. Very good condition. Nice weight and well made.

Measures 2 1/4" long and 1" across. Has a rollover closure that holds securely. Has some tarnish, and minor surface scratches . Could also be worn as a pendant with a chain through the large loop.

A pair of classic Mexican Silver brooches by Fred Davis depicting a guitar playing man and a woman carrying a fruit basket. Both are signed with a conjoined FD, and Made in Mexico Silver.

A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch/ pendant by the noted silversmiths from Norway, Studio Else & Paul Hughes. They were part of the Studio Silver Movement in Norway in the early 1960's. Made of patinated, oxidized sterling, this brooch or pendant measures 1 3/4" across and 1 7/8" high. Has a large bale so can be worn on a thick neck ring or chain.
