Can't be seen from the front. Great modernist design!

Marked on the back, INAH (for Instituto Nacional de Antropologia e Historia), in Mexico City. Also marked Hecho en Mexico, Sterling 0.925 and has the initials of the artisan, JCE. These screw back earrings, in brass with copper accents measure 2 1/4" long from the top of the screw back and about 2" across. Marked Maya Mexico on the back of each screw back. Screw backs close tightly. In very nice condition with minor wear. Outstanding design.
A vintage sterling silver necklace and earrings set by noted Taxco silversmith Pedro Castillo. Twelve gently curved links with a hook closure. Necklace measures 15 1/2" long and 5/8" wide. Dangle earrings measure 1 3/4" long from the top of the finding and 5/8" across. Screw backs hold securely. The necklace and one earring are marked with the conjoined PC mark, Hecho en Mexico, Sterling and Eagle #3. Well made and great condition.
An unusual Silver Metal and Exotic Wood box by Los Castillo, Taxco. Marked Los Castillo Taxco Hecho en Mexico on the underside of the top. Not sure of the silver toned metal, silver plate?, pewter? It is heavy and solid. Stylized design on box probably represents Sagittarius. Measures 4" long x 2 1/4" wide x 1 3/8" high. Nice quality and in great condition.

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver earrings by Fortino Mota for Antonio Pineda, Taxco. Mota was one of the silver maestros who worked for Antonio Pineda during the 1950s and 1960s. Measure 2" long and 3/8" at the widest. Marked with 970, Mota Tasco, and an Eagle 183 mark which was used by both Mota and Pineda. Screw backs hold securely. Fine condition with some tarnish. Classic Pineda style.

A vintage pair of sterling silver and onyx modernist cufflinks by Antonio Pineda, Taxco in a checkerboard design. Measure 1" long and 5/8" wide. Marked with the Antonio Crown, Sterling Taxco 925 around Hilda, Mexico, and 970. Has an Early Eagle 3 mark on the side of the finding. Thick silver with an inlaid design. Toggles function properly. They have some tarnish. One of the smaller onyx triangles is not as shiny as the rest. Highly stylized design!
