A vintage sterling silver hammered cuff bracelet made by the Gaylord Silvercraft in Wallingford, CT. The Gaylord Farm Sanitarium was active from 1923-1944 and was organized by William Waldo Dodge. This bracelet measures about 7 3/4" around and 3/8" wide. Marked Sterling, Hand Wrought and with an impressed upright hammer flanked by two wings for the maker. Fine work, quality piece.

An abstract sterling silver brooch by Modernist NYC Silversmith, Henry Steig. May be a stylized leaf or feather. Measures 2" long and 1" at the widest. Signed on the back Steig Sterling. Rollover safety clasp holds securely. There is an area along the darkened edge that is textured, not sure if that is original or wear. Nice contrast of polished and darkened sterling. Interesting three dimensional feel.

A pair of modernist sterling silver earrings or ear cuffs, design #126 by Nan Ditzel for Georg Jensen. Measure 1 1/4" long and 3/4" wide. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, Sterling Denmark and style #126. No need to have pierced ears, these are designed to hook into your ear. In nice condition with a little tarnish and some very minor surface scratches. There is a small ding near the edge of one earring. This design is no longer being produced. Great modernist design.

A well crafted, highly detailed sterling silver insect brooch with opals on the wings, a chrysoprase body and onyx eyes. Measures 1 7/8" long and 1 5/8" at the widest. Marked on the underside with a conjoined 'SJ' or 'JS' logo and 925 for sterling. Has an earlier 'C' clasp which holds securely. Included is the original box with the same hallmark. A vintage sterling silver pendant with a central portrait of a woman on porcelain. Measures 1 1/2" high and 1 1/2" across. Chain measures 16" long and has a spring clasp marked Sterling that holds securely. There is minor wear to the portrait and a little tarnish on the silver. Nice hand wrought feel.

A sterling silver hand wrought link bracelet by the mid century modernist studio jeweler, Ruth Berridge, (1921-2004). Bracelet measures about 7 1/4" around and 1 7/8" wide. A great modernist early necklace and bracelet set by Francisco Rebajes in heavy copper with coral colored cabochons. Reminds us of cactus with flowers. Necklace measures 15 1/5" long including the chain and hook. Stamped Rebajes on the back. The bracelet measures 6 1/2". Marked Rebajes twice on the back. Both pieces measure 7/8" wide. These pieces could be hooked together to form one longer necklace. Fine condition. Early, hard to find design.
