A sterling silver hand wrought brooch by New York City jeweler, Jo Michels who was active in the 1940's through the 1950's.

This brooch, in a foliage design, measures 2 1/8" long and 1" across. Signed Jo Michels Sterling on the back. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Fine condition with some patina.

A vintage silver, probably sterling, brooch with a carved carnelian cabochon. Measures 2" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked with what looks like the stylized initials 'ES'. The cabochon has 5 small drilled holes. We are not sure what the purpose was. Has a 'C' clasp that holds securely. Has a little tarnish. Very pretty design.

A vintage triangular sterling silver modernist bracelet from the Jack Boyd studio in San Diego, California. Has flattened corners for an interesting look.

Signed with the conjoined, stylized 'JB' mark.

Measures 2 1/2" in diameter and about 7 3/4" around the inside. Measures 1/4" at the flattened corners. Slips onto my average size wrist easily.

In fine condition with minor scuffs.

A vintage cuff bracelet and/or pendant in the style of Ken Beldin in patinated copper and brass with central pottery heads. Both pieces are signed Xochitl Mexico. There have been some documented Beldin pieces also signed Xochitl and it was noted that she may have been his wife or mistress. Although these pieces are not signed Beldin, the quality and design reflect his work.

A wonderful set by Niels Erik From consisting of a brooch with an amber cabochon and matching pierced earrings. Referred to as the 'Atomic' design. Would like to keep the set together, but will separate if someone is just interested in one part.

The brooch is made from 5 intersecting sterling rods with orbs at each end and a central bezel set amber cabochon. Measures 2 3/8" long and 1 3/4" at the widest. Has a secure rollover clasp. Marked FROM 925S. Has a warm patina.

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver earrings with large oval Lapis Lazuli cabochons by Tiffany & Co. These earrings are opposites and frame the face when worn.

Signed T & Co. and 925 on the backs in one place and © 1984 T & Co. along the edges.

Measure 1" high and 3/4" across. The Omega clips hold securely. A post could easily be added to convert them to pierced French clips.

Very nice condition, some very minor tarnish and surface scratches.

An interesting pair of sculptural mixed metals pierced earrings by the New York jeweler, Marci Zelmanoff.

These earrings have sterling wire details and sterling shepherd ear wires. Measure 2" long and 5/8" at the widest.

Both earrings are signed Marci Zelmanoff and with some sort of code which looks like 02-Z64. Hard to read.

They are in fine condition. Her pieces are quite rare.

A modernist cast sterling silver pendant in a 'pitchfork' design by noted Mid Century silversmith Christian Schmidt, (1926-1974). Signed with his stylized 'S' hallmark and Sterling. Measures 2 3/8" long and 7/8" across. Three dimensional curved design. Interesting contrast of dark textured patina on the sides and polished surfaces on the top. Would look great on either an neck ring or chain.

A vintage modernist sterling silver pendant by Erik Granit with two layered lobes that curve towards the center. Made in Finland. The pendant is marked on the inside of the bale with the conjoined EG logo, Crown, 925, and U7 for 1973. Also marked with 925 again, Sterling and Finland. Additionally it is marked E Granit & Co. Design Jewellery.

Measures 2 1/2" tall with the long bale and 1 7/8" across. Also is 3/4" thick.

A modernist sterling silver brooch by noted mid century jeweler, Sam Kramer, in the shape of a stylized fish or bird with an amethyst eye. Measures 2" square. A modernist sterling silver brooch with two raised sterling 'pearls' and a raised sterling bar by Sigi Pineda. Design number 54. Measures 2 1/2" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked on the back Sigi Tasco, Hecho en Mexico, Sterling, 54, and Eagle #3. Safety rollover clasp holds securely. In very nice condition. Has minor surface scratches. Interesting contrast of oxidized and shiny sterling. A very beautiful brooch by a talented artisan.

A three dimensional 916 silver brooch in an Arts and Crafts design by Holger Lindstrom, (1937-1968), Helsinki Finland. Has a concave oxidized center and four pointed onyx bezel set cabochons. There are textured recessed areas around each stone for an interesting contrast.

This hand crafted brooch measures 1 5/8" in diameter and about 3/8" high.

Marked with HGL for the maker, 916H for the silver content, boat for Helsinki and L7 for 1964.

An unusual pendant by the noted modernist jeweler, Paul Lobel. This pendant, made of sterling with an amber insert, can be worn on either side for 2 different looks. One side has an off center triangular cut out and the other side uses beveled prongs to hold the amber in place. You can see lots of marbling when it is held up to the light. A mid century modern necklace with a large pendant in pewter by Eivind Hillestad, Norway. Marked EH, and 79. Pendant has long segmented leaves. Measures 3 3/4" long to the top of the bale and 2" across. Chain is 32" long and slips over the head. In nice condition with some minor scratches. Cool mod design!

Has twelve strands of sterling beads contrasting with over 50 strands of oxidized chain. Can be worn tightly or loosely twisted or untwisted for more length.

Two modernist sterling silver hand wrought brooches by Lore Garrick, (1920-2013) in organic free flowing styles. Lore Garrick made hand crafted jewelry in NYC in the 1950s. Known as 'Mother Lore' because her son became Tamal Krishna Goswami, she made the first pieces of jewelry for the Hare Krishna movement in Los Angeles.
