A vintage sterling necklace by Ana Nunez de Brilanti, who signed her work Victoria or Cony in a Greek Key design. Measures 14" long not counting the clasp and 3/8" wide. Marked Victoria Taxco, Mexico, Sterling, Eagle #12 and Cony. Silver has a warm patina and a smooth finish. Clasp snaps closed securely. Looks lovely on.

Marked on the back with the artisan's initials JC, Taxco, 925, Hecho en Mexico, and Sterling. Pre 1949, pre eagle. Interesting contrast between the darkened and the polished sterling. Lays nicely on the neck.

A whimsical sterling silver brooch depicting a man playing the maracas by Los Castillo. Marked Made in Mexico, Los Castillo Taxco around Eagle 15, and design # 102. Measures 2" across and 1 7/8" tall. Has a rollover clasp that holds tightly. Very nice condition, some minor scratches to the surface and tarnish. A tiny ding to the top of the higher maraca. A vintage sterling silver choker with 6 black cabochons from Taxco, Mexico. This necklace measures approximately 15 1/2" long. Hard to measure exactly because of the curve. Marked as shown. Heavy and solid, weighs 98 grams. One of the stones has some iridescence. This choker is in fine condition, with some minor tarnish. Has a snap in clasp that holds tightly. Lays nicely on the neck.

A vintage modernist sterling silver pendant for a necklace by Taxco artisan, Erika Hult de Corral. This large pendant has a fluid, organic design. Marked Ric, Taxco SA, Sterling and Design #62. Also has Eagle #3. Measures 3 7/8" long and 2 3/4" at the widest. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. There is a small mark on the back, but it looks like it was done during production. Large bale will accommodate a thick chain or neck ring. Classic RIC design.

A wonderfully made large sterling silver repousse pendant depicting a Mayan warrior. Measures 2 1/2" across and 2 3/4" tall. Marked on the back, INAH (for Instituto Nacional de Antropologia e Historia), in Mexico City. Also marked Hecho en Mexico, Sterling 0.925 and has the initials of the artisan, JCE. Very heavy sterling, back is also hammered. Comes with a vintage silver 23" chain, not sure if it is original to the piece. Hook closure. Incredible metal work by a very talented silversmit...

A vintage modernist heavy sterling silver cuff bracelet by Antonio Pineda, Taxco embellished with four pearls. Thick sterling curved bars attached with spheres and four small saucers with a pearl in each one. Measures 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 1/4" and 15/16" wide. Marked with the Antonio crown, Silver, 970, Sterling Mexico and an Early Eagle 17 mark. The saucers on the edges have some minor flattening. Sterling has some minor scratches and a little tarnish. Wonderful and rare.
