A sleek modernist hammered sterling silver neck ring and matching cuff bracelet by Swedish jewelry maker Alton. Neck ring measures approximately 10 1/4" around with an opening of 2 3/4". Measures 3/4" at the widest. Could be adjusted somewhat. Marked Alton, F for the city mark, Swedish silver standard, Y9, (date code for 1973), Sterling 925. The cuff bracelet measures 6 1/4" around with an opening of 1". Measures 1 1/4" at the widest part. Could also be adjusted slightly. Marked Alton, F for the city mark, Swedish silver standard, S9, (date code for 1968), Sterling 925. Both pieces have some tiny numbers etched next to the marks. The cuff is actually heavier than the neck ring. They have some tarnish. Warm patina, fine condition. Wonderful set! Will sell individually or as a set.
