A pair of modernist sterling silver screw back earrings in a tulip design by the noted MCM studio jeweler, Paul Lobel. Constructed of a layer of oxidized sterling with a contrasting polished curved sterling wire overlay.
Screw backs measure 1 1/8" long and 3/4" across and hold securely. They are marked LOBEL Sterling and the screw part is marked Sterling.
Minor surface scratches. They have a warm patina and are wonderfully crafted. They are not too heavy and are very comfortable to wear. Opposites so frame the face when worn.
