These items by the noted Ecuadoran silversmith, Joaquin Tinta may be purchased individually or as a pair.
The first one is a sterling silver modernist pendant with a bezel set green - brown swirled stone cabochon.
Measures 1 3/8" across and 1 5/8" high including the round bale. Due to the large bale it could be worn on a chain or neck ring. The central section swings for an interesting effect.
Marked Ecuador, Tinta and Sterling on the back. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish.
The second item is a squiggle brooch in sterling silver. Measures 2" long and 1 1/8" at the widest.
Marked Ecuador, Tinta and Sterling on the back. Earlier style rollover clasp holds securely. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish.
Both pieces are well crafted. Classic MCM designs.
