Original untitled watercolor by Rika Schwimer (aka Schwimmer). An Israeli artist born in Poland, Rika Schwimer has been described as Israel's foremost watercolorist. Her work has been exhibited in her native Poland, as well as in France, Israel, and the United States. This painting retains its original gallery frame. It is signed twice l.r. 13" by 19" painting alone, 22" by 28" in frame. Excellent condition.

Large original watercolor by famed Bay Area artist Alexander Nepote (1913-1986). This work is titled "The White Door" on an exhibition label from the Oakland Art Gallery verso. 31" by 38" in its frame. Signed lower right. In excellent condition.

Original watercolor by Nechemia Stencel (Israel, 1904-1991). This mid-century work depicts the old Jaffa clocktower built during the Ottoman period. Signed "N. Stencel" and also in Hebrew l.r. 23" by 29" in its frame. In excellent condition.

Original gouache by Louis Wolchonok (American, New York, 1898-1973). This painting measures 15" by 5" (22" by 12" in its original frame). It is signed l.l. "Louis Wolchonok". Wolchonok is known as a painter, etcher, and author. He studied at the Academie Julian, at the NAD, the Cooper Union, and the Brooklyn Academy of Fine Art. Well listed, exhibited, and collected.

Rare original watercolor and ink painting on elephant paper by Wendell H. Black (American, 1919-1972) in excellent original unframed condition. This work measures 20" by 26 1/2". It also bears a handwritten label with the signature of the artist and the title of the painting (Haiti #7). 7" by 10" painting alone, 12" by 15" in its original frame. Dehn is a major American painter and lithographer. He spent some time in Haiti in 1948 and 1949, and produced a number of works (paintings and lithographs) with Haitian subjects...
