Signed with full incised signature "Cynthia Bringle". Almost 16" across, 9" high. Small bottle-shape vase by Dean Mullavey (Canadian, born in New Hampshire, USA, in 1927), in excellent condition. This small stoneware bottle measures 4 1/4" in height. Incised signature and chop. It was created around 1960-1961 while the artist was a member of the Clay Art Center in Port Chester, NY (all information courtesy of the artist). From a North Carolina estate. One of four early works by this artist currently available.
