This handmade runway neck piece has a center of long, narrow red marquis rhinestones, flat back, rose color, faceted rectangular stones & hand carved rose color drops. These stones are surrounded by many fuchsia & clear rhinestone accents. Everything is attached by hand to a deep rose silk satin panel that ties in a bow in the back. Spectacular! Center part of the neck piece is 7" ((18 cm) x 3 3/8" (9 cm) deep. The partly beaded ribbons extend 15 1/2" (39.5 cm) on either side. Please Note: All items must have the original inventory tags in place and be untouched in order to be returned.
