A similar one is pictures in a Christie's Catalog, and attributed to Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri D' Arte (circa 1950s). That piece was done for Alfa Romeo (with logo) and in iridescent glass. It was a much larger piece too at 8" tall. But same basic design as my piece here...
