Beautiful Murano hand blown red and gold flecks Italian art glass star or flower shaped bowl. Documented to designer Ercole Barovier for Barovier e Toso. The piece is profusely covered with gold leaf on the outside and light gold on the inside. The petals are pierced and flared. Has a partial original label underneath. Can be used as a display piece on any table. Use it as a catchall, or candy dish as well. Mid Century Era. Very rare shape. Collector’s item! Measures 8" across x 3 1/2" tall.
