This is an original embroidered silk fan case made in late Qing Dynasty.It is in fine embroidery with Crane , birds, lotus flower and a pair of Mandarin ducks, the fan case comes with original paper and carved bamboo fan, the outer bamboo covers engraved with micro witting of classic poets and dates, with beautiful antique patina. The length of the fan case is 12.5 inches. Excellent condition and clean. The fan has at lease two bamboo sticks broken, the torn in some part of the paper, due to the great age.
