CULTURE: Colima ORIGIN: West Mexico AGE: Ca. 300 B.C. - 300 A.D. SIZE: 6" in length by 3 1/2" in height DESCRIPTION: A reddish brown double globed phytomorphic vessel comprised of a pair of conjoined cactus connected by a hollow circular tube. Each cactus is supported by two tripod legs and each is adorned with raised nodules (thorns?) encircling the center area. The piece is intact and as found. There is one miniscule chip to one of the upper rims. An interesting and unusual addition to any collection.
