Jacobean or Tudor style Cast Architectural Element of Saint George slaying the dragon there are various paint traces throughout we date this at least Victorian if not Jacobean period. The material is some kind of lime plaster that is yellowish and not the normal white plaster we are accustom to seeing . This came from the Virginia house an incredible Jacobean style mansion that was donated in 1929 to the state by the Ambassador and his wife. H: approx. 7". W: approx. 7 1/2". D: approx. 2 1/4". Provenance: The collection of Ambassador and Mrs. Alexander Weddell of Virginia House Museum, Richmond, Virginia.
