~~~Exceptional French " Bebe Balancoire " in Original Presentation~~~

From a special private collection in France comes this rare original presentation called " Bebe Balancoire " which was described around 1890/93 in the Etrennes Catalog special by Paris Department store " Printemps" and a similar one would be offered on an Theriault´s Auction , please see my last picture.

A beautiful wooden box which is possible to open at both sides , covered with lovely red and cream paper and lovely litho picture at front. Inside filled with a lot of small accessory and trousseau which fit to the lovely bisque doll which sit original on a swing frame in the middle of the box.

The doll has bisque socket head with blue inset well working sleeping glass eyes with fine mohair lashes and painted lashes. She has open mouth with tiny porcelain teeth and pierced ears .

Head mark at back ; 1079 DEP S & H # Simon and Halbig for the French market (( Heads from German factory by Simon and Halbig was often to find on special doll automaton or Presentation´s special for the French market )) She has on honey blonde mohair wig ( not original to the doll ) and original body with bisque arms in sitting position. She is wearing orginal soft woolen costume with bonnet , socks and shoes .

The box is complete filled with accessory , clothes , toilette pieces and toys for the dolly included on little bisque doll , wooden horse , lamp and many other pieces !!! Doll clothes from silk and lined with gauze ... note small melting parts at the silk !

All complete in generally excellent condition .... the bisque head and arms of the doll is free of hairline , repair or damage and also the pretty box is all complete filled. Note on the box .... small color damage and some stains , it is dusty and one piece of accessory are missing. Small damage near the metal handle and at one upper arm of the doll body is a small damage .... but all not disturbing . Please let me know about special pictures !!
