Gorgeous early period cabinet size 16" ( 40 cm ) French Bebe´s by Gaultier / Blockletter , the most beautiful and rare we could offer at a long time ..... she is too cute and with her pretty clothing and so lovely expression is this Bebe an eye-catcher for everybody and each good doll collection !!!

Generally excellent block letter marking Bebe by Gaultier ... France circa 1880 .... in lovely small size about 16 " ( 40 cm ) with fine quality of pale pressed bisque and softly blushed complexion, stunning blue inset enamel eyes and original mohair wig on cork pate .

Has fine pale pressed bisque socket head of best quality of bisque and painting for an early doll with blue enamel glass paperweight inset eyes with dark eyeliner , has long painted curly lashes and widely feathered brows . Closed mouth with upturned kiss lips which are fine outlined , has implied modeled tongue and an funny dimple chin , pierced ears with earrings and her wonderful blonde original mohair wig on original cork pate !!>b>

Head mark at back : F. G. c (( block letter ))

Here bisque head is in all perfect condition..... free of damage , hairline or repair , note a tiny factory flaw fine fire line and fine earring hole split but not disturbing ( please see my pictures)

She has her original French composition and wooden eight - loose - ball body with original body finish and straight wrists .

Wearing very beautiful French netting and lace dress with pink jacket and matching high brim bonnet , pair of bloomers and chemise , French pink stocking matching to her superb outfit and French shoes .

A stunning cabinet size early Bebe ..... a treasure and must have for each collection .
