Rare 18" ( 47 cm ) all wooden body French Poupee with special beautiful facial expression , all original condition with superb evening silk bustle gown . A rare luxury Fashion doll by Maison Jumeau from France around 1865 with wonderful luxury and elegant presents !!
Superb doll with choise bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate , both in all perfect condition . She has cobalt blue glass enamel eyes with finest painting of long lashes and feathered brows. Close mouth with fine accented lips and inside the head pierced flat ears. Mademoiselle has her original brunette mohair wig over cork pate .
She has a special beautiful facial expression like a portrait doll by Jumeau and owns her original luxury all wooden poupee body with dowel jointing at shoulders , elbows , wrists , knees and special rare swivel jointing at waist and thigs. The body has original body finsih and has good condition only to note that her legs missing each of her big toes .
Wearing very beautiful original set of under garment with stocking and heeled leather booties . Mademoiselle wears her gorgeous two piece evening silk costume with long bustle back and an silk bonnet as finally touch .
