Made at 19th. century for the French market in beautiful colors and very charming combination of a little lamb with easter egg carriage
Made in Germany for the French market constructed of paper mache egg covered with blue silk satin ornate with back crown decorate with lot´s of silk flowers.
You can open the egg to fill it with goodies and a little bisque Mignonette ornate the middle in riding pose. She has blue inset eyes on movable head with tiny open mouth, papermache body and wearing very nice original.
The egg has golden metal heels which works well ... and with two small strings it is in connection with the sweet lamb.
A beautiful composition lamb covered with real lamb fur , has sweet facial expression with little ears .
A wonderful and rare to find candy toy which would be a eye catcher in your cabinet !! All complete generally excellent condition and ready to display ...
Has total length about ; 16" ( 41 cm ) and 11" ( 28cm ) as highest point at back ....
