Kazak style hand knotted wool rug with central red hexagonal medallion on a blue ground with a cream colored border C.1925. Vibrant original colors. Great for everyday use. Size: measures 7'1"" by 8'7".

A wonderful contemporary furniture piece in a Chinese altar table style, made by a highly regarded local craftsman. The underside has the RE Studio brand mark to show it is a special, original made piece. Made of black walnut with smooth natural finish, with special decorative elements such as lighter "ash" hardwood "keys", and "butterflies" on the inner leg to hold the natural fissures of the wood. Skillfully made with mortis and tenon joinery.

Hand knotted kashkaie rug made of wool. It has a beautiful design of bands with large medallions interspersed with bands of small rectalinear medallions (c1950) It measures 6'2" by 8'7".

A large pair of Chinese ceramic fu dogs with a Sancai ware "three colors" palette in green, brown, and blue with natural clay white in a transparent crackle glaze. The large pair of fu dogs stand opposite each other, eyes faced forward, their mouths slightly open in a snarling grin. The front right foot of the male fu dog rests upon a rounded "xi qui" floral ball, representing rule and supremacy over the world...

Rare early 20th century Korean red lacquer cabinet with elaborate inlaid designs adorning the front of the chest. Four sections in total including the base. Imagery of exotic birds, deer, and turtles among a assortment of flowers can be seen throughout. Each cabinet is comprised of three sections : the top, bottom, and base Plus the stand (two pull out drawers).

Styled in traditional Korean fashion with double hinged doors on the top section and single hinged doors on the rest...

Japanese framed woodblock print by esteemed artist and forerunner to the sosaku-hanga movement Jun/Junichiro Sekino (1914-1988). The subject is a young woman sitting in a red chair, embracing a swan. The forms and colors he uses are pleasing to the eye in the way they compliment each other. Signature in bottom. Chinese jade figure of standing Quanyin. Carved of white and lavender jade with touches of green jade and orange rind. The Goddess of Compassion with fiery nimbus, flowing drapery and kind expression.

Chinese porcelain vase with reddish-pink peach bloom glaze. Long, slightly flared neck and round body on a short foot. White glaze inside and very pale blue glaze on the bottom.

Chinese highly carved bamboo brush pot, carved all over with scenes of scholars in bamboo grove and in a pavilion setting with pine trees, stands on three small feet. Size: 8 1/4" high x 6 3/4" wide

Small Indian Jain bronze of a seated Vishnu. His wife, Lakshmi is seated on his left knee. Vishnu hold his attributes, the conch shell in his upper right hand and Sudarshana Chakra (discus) in his upper left. Patina and traces of vermillion pigment. The faces of both deities are smooth from years of reverent handling.

An antique Chinese porcelain snuff bottle in the shape of a double gourd with a robin egg crackle glaze. The top is blue glass and metal wrapping.

Chinese jade vase carved with blossoming flower branches and birds. Carved of a single jade pebble. The vase portion is a whitish green color and the flowers and birds are carved of the orange outer rind of the jade stone. Highly carved and three dimensional.

Necklace made of beautifully hand carved jadeite beads, gradually becoming larger the further from the nape of the neck they are strung, with smaller round jadeite beads alternating in between. Can be loosened or tightened using the string pulls at the top, which also have two small and one large carved jade bead at the ends. Apple green highlights can be seen. Size: approx. 25" end to end, smallest beads 1/8" wide, largest beads 3/8" wide
