The rising moon can be seen in the background, hanging above a small cliff with branches with beautiful blossoming flowers curled around it. He is easily identifiable by his elephant's head and four arms, two of which are shown holding his own broken tusks, and one of which is grasping his nose. Small bronze incensor of the Japanese god Daikoku "magic money mallet", or Uchide no kozuchi. He is associated with wealth and prosperity and is commonly portrayed seated upon bales of rice surrounded by mice, which symbolize plentiful food.
