A small Chinese inkstone carved from a Duan like stone. The inkstone is carved to portray a landscape view with the basin area of the stone to form a pond or lake. Beautifully painted Chinese enameled porcelain planter. Brightly decorated with bird and flowers. Contains calligraphy on one side of the planter. This planter includes colorful phoenix, and cranes, with wispy feathers. Large peonies scatter over the pot, mix in vibrantly with the green scenery. Delightful vintage Chinese jade "stone fruit" grapes with beautiful agate leafs. Age: 20th Century (circa 1970). Size: 7" L x 5" W.

Wonderfully detailed shell open container, carved and pierced all around with twisting vines and branches bearing fruit, with carved rodent-like creatures that move loosely within the vegetation. There are areas of white in the creatures' eyes and the veins of the leaves. early 20th century Size: 2" height, 2.5" width

A whimsical ceramic figure of a stout man squatting with his hands on his hips and a blue bowl/object protruding from his belly. His bottoms have been glazed in blue with green and yellow star patterns and a red sash. The bottom has been engraved "Fujian Huiguan" (Fujian Club), "Jing De Zhen made". An antique aubergine Peking Glass wine cup. It is molded glass, cut/grinded with a short carved foot. Chinese glass was largely used to imitate more precious materials such as white jade, Lapis Lazuli and other valuable minerals.

Chinese brown ceramic figure of a duck sitting with one wing raised, head turned back to preen feathers. Intricately incised details of feathers. Decorated all over with tiny white glaze dots. The eyes and bill of duck are beautifully glazed.

Glazed porcelain statue of the Smiling Buddha or Budai in colorful light blue and yellow robes with flower patterns. Five small children are climbing on his hefty form, which is a common depiction for Budai. He also holds a strand of prayer beads in his left hand. 20th century Size: 7.75" tall, 5.5" wide

Small, hand made cricket cage made of bamboo and bone with a copper handle. The cage has two tiers each with a sliding door. It measures 4.5" h, 4" w, 1.5"d.

The back of the badge has a date of 1968, the years when China was going through social policy changes. The photo is showing Mao during his campaigns in the Shangxi region.
