Antique Japanese bronze Buddhist temple lantern. The finial is a flaming jewel and the corners of the roof are hung with bells. A dragon is coiled around the lower portion of the lantern stand. Many areas are decorated with colorful cloisonné clouds, flowers and cranes. Electrified.

An antique Chinese altar table made of Huanghuali wood with a work surface incorporating a cloisonné insert. Cabriole legs with claw feet each holding a ball leading up to the mitered corners profiling the Fu Dogs. Central carved image on the front and back shows the Fu Dogs. Lovely continual scene, beautifully carved with great detail and depth. Four small cartouches in red glass overlay. The lid is made of quartz and has a bone spoon.

Antique Chinese Peking glass snuff bottle. Made of black glass overlaid on a pink glass ground. It is carved with a man on a horse on one side and the other with a scholar's attendant walking with a large blossoming branch slung over his shoulder. Large flowering branches sprout from the ground on either side. The lid is made of rose quartz and the spoon is bone.

Single section Hinkoki (Japanese Cypress) and Sugi (Cryptomeria) wood merchant glass display tansu. Originally used in a merchant shop to display the stores wares for sale.. Shallow in depth with countertop height. Two shelves are located inside for storage needs with the glass support panes in line with the shelves preventing visual distraction of items being shown. Beautifully finished with natural blond tones. Overall in very good condition.

Antique Chinese seated Guanyin made of bronze and beautifully decorated with bright colored enamel. She hold a water jar in her right hand. In her crown sits a small image of Amitabha, her spiritual teacher. Her robes are decorated with raised auspicious objects and swirling clouds. Guanyin is short for Guan Shi Yin which means "Observing the Sounds of the World". As she is the Goddess of Compassion, she is constantly listening for the pleas of those in need.
