A delicate antique Chinese child's collar with stitch work. The fine knitting on the edge is embellished with small white metal discs and multicolored tassels. The shawl collar is decorated with embroidered peonies. There are 5 long strips of fabric with a circular stone and tassels. The collar is often seen in Chinese fashion during the Qing Dynasty where women wore the collars during formal or auspicious occasions.
