A German Saltglaze Bellamine. With crisply moulded mask and applied flower roundel. Germany E17thC. Height; 8 1/8" (20.5 cm). Condition;  chip to inside of lip otherwise excellent. With a very good glaze surface.

An South Indian Bronze Figure of Sri Devi. One of Vishnu's consorts. Standing holding a closed Lotus bud. Tamil Nadu 18/19thC. Height; 4 5/8" (11.7 cm). Condition; worn patina.

A Turquoise Glazed Group of a Pair of Birds. One perched on a tree trunk looking down at its fellow. Covered in a bright turquoise glaze. Chinese L19thC. Height; 9 3/4" (24.8 cm). Condition; excellent, various minor pre firing faults

An Unusual Imari Teapot of compressed form with loop handle and upright spout, raised on three short legs. Decorated in underglaze blue, iron red and gilt with a peony scroll. Japan 1700/20. Height; 3" (7.5 cm). Condition; shallow chips to end of spout, firing glaze flaw to side (image 3), cover with a 1.5 cm hairline

A Baluchi Shield. The small hide covered shield embellished with numerous decorated brass mounts. The reverse with four iron rings. Baluchistan 19thC. Diameter: 11.1/4" (28.7 cm). Condition: very good, some degradation to the hide

A Blue and White Snuff Bottle. Decorated with a scaly Dragon coiled around the cylindrical body. Chinese C1820/60. Height: 7.5 cm. Condition: perfect. A Miniature Tsakli of Vajrabhairava. Painted on cotton. Buriatia 19thC. Size; 12.5 x 9.5 cm. Condition; very light wear. Tsakli are miniature paintings which are used in various Buddhist rituals. Provenance; this Tsakli was included in the exhibition 'Art of Buriatia, Buddhist Icons from Southern Siberia' held at Spink in December 1996, No 32.
