Victorian Classical sterling silver goblet. Made by Elkington & Co. Ltd in Birmingham in 1859. Ovoid bowl on knopped cylindrical stem flowing into raised foot. Bowl has engraved vertical scrolled frames inset with leafing scrolls surmounted by scallop shells, except one, which is vacant in place of the shell. Foot has leaf and flower garland on stippled ground. Beading. Gilt interior. Fully marked. Very good condition.

Jar has curved sides with cut bead-and-reel fluting and short inset neck; star cut to underside; Cover curved with allover floral repousse on stippled ground. Victorian sterling silver water pitcher. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Globular bowl and drum-form neck with small lip spout; c-scroll handle with stylized flower-head mounts. Bowl has embossed border of imbricated leaves or chevrons, a bold motif popularly known as Wave Edge. Neck applied with same. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pre-1875 pattern no. 3077, and director’s letter M (1873-91). Very good condition.

A rare and charming FRENCH antique GILT BRONZE FAUN, depicted as a boy sitting. The Faun has a head garland decorated with grapes and vine leaves. Good condition. It comes with a cone-like black wooden stand. Total height with stand 14.5 cm (5 3/4"). Late 19th Century.

This antique serving spoon from the Georgian era has a berry motif in the gold-washed interior of the bowl (the wash is very pale and doesn’t show up in the photos). By its hallmarks, it was made in London during 1768-1769. The maker’s mark is a script “BB”. It measures 8-1/2" x 1-3/4", and weighs approximately 56g. So beautiful! Overlay in form of dense leafing scrollwork and flowers; asymmetrical scrolled cartouche engraved with interlaced script monogram. Silver fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. R387. Pair of English Neoclassical sterling silver candlesticks. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1916. Each: Tapering column on dome flowing into stepped and concave base. Tapering socket with detachable bobeche. Ribboned swags. Fine fluting that shimmers in candlelight. Fully marked including maker's stamp, pattern no. 19187 (first produced in 1916), director’s letter m, and phrase “Reproduction Original by John Parsons & Co. Sheffield 1784”...

This elegant brush has repousse decorations depicting Art Nouveau lilies on the top, and fancy swirls on the handle. It measures 5-3/4” x 3". It is stamped Sterling, and there are other, illegible, marks. There is a little bit of damage to the silver at the top of the brush, which is exaggerated by the photos. The handle has an undecorated area on each side, ready to be monogrammed, should you want one. On one side this area has some small dings to it...

A lovely thick oval bronze plaque with a classic theatre depiction, Italy, c. 16th.-17th. century.

An artful and highly interesting bronze plaque, cast in high relief and would probably have adorned a casket or case, perhaps even furniture as an inlay. The scene depicts a younger man with classical greek dress seated at a table with three heads / theatre masks. He holds a of the three masks in his left hand and he is looking straight at it...

This brush was made by the well-known Gorham Manufacturing Company. The design looks like the top of an antique steamer chest, with a Steampunk-like strapping-and-stud motif. The top is monogrammed with a fancy "R". It has the Gorham marks, as well as “1857 C”, “Sterling,” and the scissors mark for 1907. It measures 6” x 1-3/4" across the top, and is in very good condition. Photo note: the bristles are an ivory color, but don’t show up that way in the photos...

Late 19th C sterling silver Art Nouveau floral match safe Vesta with two lizards embossed on each side of the lid. There is a very tiny crack at the top backside near the hinge. It does not compromise integrity of this piece. Marked STERLING inside lip. Measures 2.75" x 1.5"

A c. 1720-1740 Tobacco box in an extrafine and sharp condition for the often well-polished boxes of the early period.

Erotic motifs on both sides and as something rare, it's inscribed in the copper with 'Een vurig hart is een kroon der wereld' which means something like 'A fervent heart is a crown of the world'.

Length: 17 cm. and c. 5 cm. wide.

Condition: Near Extremely fine for the type of item.
