Actually, this type ware is often mistakenly referred to as Leeds and featheredge. In reality, many factories other than Leeds made items of this nature, and the type edge here is more properly called a molded edge; elaborate raised tree and floral decoration; 10" diameter. Excellent condition.

This porcelain plate was produced in England by Worcester around 1770. We have seen other pieces of Worcester in this pattern and although there is no marking, we believe it is Worcester. The diameter of the plate is 9 inches. The plate is rather deep. The border is colored with olive green enamel. The interior of the plate has hand painted flowers cascading across it. This porcelain tea bowl and saucer was produced in England at the Derby Porcelain Works between 1770 and 1784. It has the gilded letter “D” and anchor mark on each piece. The saucer has a diameter of 4 3/4 inches and the cup is 3 inches in diameter and 1 3/4 inches high. The porcelain is molded with ribs making the edges scalloped. The decoration is modest. The borders of the bowl and saucer have a turquoise enamel band. It is also in the well of the saucer...

An extremely fine and beautiful Worcester mug or tankard of Scratch Cross type. The tankard, which has a grooved strap handle, flares, or spreads, toward the bottom, a shape which evolved from the silver form popular at the beginning of the 18th century.
Painted in a variety of colors with a standing Long Eliza figure, another figure seated at a table to her left, and a third figure and garden seat to her right. A tall gilded stand is behind the table...
A fine first period Worcester Kakiemon style quail-pattern beaker, or stirrup cup, c.1770. 7cms diam.

A pottery circular flask with the center of both sides decorated with a purple transfer of a man fishing in a river across from a church. The transfer surrounded by a brown/red raised band then hand painted purple flowers, green leaves, and red buds. The mouth with a beaded edge and neck decorated in the same red/brown. 7 3/8 inches from mouth to bottom, 6 ¾ inches across.
Condition: no chips, cracks or repairs. The green enamel has flaked off in a couple of places...
