The plate has a diameter of 7 1/2 inches, the saucer is 4 5/8 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 inches high. The plate and saucer are scalloped with a ripple molded into the border. Nicely decorated with hand painted floral bouquets and sprigs on a hard paste porcelain a trembleuse cup, cover and saucer. The rims are dental gilt as are the fruit and leaves knop and two handles. No marks but French in form and decoration from around 1780. Saucer is 6 ¼ inches (15.5 cm) diameter and 1 ½ inches (4 cm) tall. The cup is 4 inches (10 cm) tall and 5 ½ inches (14 cm) across the double handles.

This porcelain covered box was produced in France by Tressemann and Vogt Limoges around 1900. The box was sold white-ware and painted by a studio artist. It measures 7 inches in diameter and is 3 1/2 inches high. There is a portrait of a lady in a fancy hat, surrounded by pink roses and raised gilding. A row of turquoise beads accents the rim of the lid. The bottom half is colored forest green. It has a lovely, Victorian appearance. Condition: Excellent

A lobed dinner plate 9 ½ inches (24 cm) diameter decorated with a sprig of cornflowers (?) in the center of the well surrounded with numerous single red or gilt flowers. The lip is decorated with richly gilt and enamel swags surrounding floral cartouches. The rubbed overglaze “VV” on the back is the mark for the Verneuilh factory. It dates from the 1780’s; possibly 1787 when Vanier entered a contract with the Verneuilhs.

They are made of fine hard paste porcelain. The rims are scalloped. They are decorated in the Sevres style and have the crossed L’s under glaze. The decoration is completely hand painted. A Sevres salad bowl with lobed and slightly ruffled edge in the “feuille de choux” pattern decorated with sprigs of flowers in the bowl and the outside with the raised pattern outlined in blue and gilt. The interlaced “L”s enclose the letter “K” for the date 1763. The four dots in an angled square are the painter’s mark. The inside of the foot rim has the hole from firing. The bowl is approx.. 2 95 cm) inches tall and 8 5/8 (22 cm) inches diameter.
