A well decorated Chinese Imari export plate with underglaze blue and overglaze red, orange and gold. The scene of flowering plants and a Chinese fence covers the face of the plate, from the rim on one side, across the center and onto the opposite rim. There is a single blue line at the outer border and a brown edge. The back is decorated with blue and red trailing flowers and has an unglazed foot. Probably the first quarter of the 18th century...

A slightly lobed semi-eggshell porcelain saucer plate, decorated with auspicious finger lemons surrounded by scattered flowers within a spearhead border, all in iron red and gilt. China, Yongzheng period c 1730. Diameter 4 ½ " / 11.5 cm. Condition: repair to the rim (c.f. pics).

A very rare intact pottery Jug, Varde in Denmark, ca. 16th.-18th. century AD.

These black-glazed pottery jugs and pots were made from medieval times to 19th. century. This particular jug is one of the finest examples we've seen from the region around Varde that produced the best pottery in Jutland. Finely made with glossy black glaze.

A German Saltglaze Bellamine. With crisply moulded mask and applied flower roundel. Germany E17thC. Height; 8 1/8" (20.5 cm). Condition;  chip to inside of lip otherwise excellent. With a very good glaze surface.

A Kangxi period very large baluster- shaped jar and cover, decorated in blue and white with the body showing 36 panels each enclosing a composition of butterflies amongst leafy peony sprays. The borders also reflect a floral image whilst the cover repeats the themes of the panels. Unusual tile of a seated man in a flat cap holding a fishing pole while his wife in a bonnet cap seated beside him looks at him. A charming scene. The tile has tapered sides.5 ¼ inches (13.5 cm) square. ½ inches (1.5 cm thick).

Condition; major old restoration to the upper left corner, similar restoration along the right edge in the column and other very minor chips.

I think this is a fairly rare format with the columns and arch. The figures have a certain humor and art.

A large, Museum Quality tomb pottery figure of a female attendant. Se carries a dish in front of her chest.

The figure dates to Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644 AD.

The figure is placed on a large Lotus throne on top of high hexagonal plint, both are in fine deep cobolt blue and turquiose coloured glaze, as is the robe.

Her hair is styled very artfully and her head has finely hand painted facial details...

Antique 17th century Spanish Hispano - Moresque earthenware, lusterware bowl with ears-shaped handles "escudilla," Spain Manises (Valencia).

The bowl's Interior is decorated in copper lustre with a geometric pattern and two cobalt blue rings on a beige ground. Irregularly shaped handles with barbed rims, painted with copper lustre vegetal motifs. Reverse adorned with scrolling motifs.

Antique Chinese 17th century Qing Dynasty Kangxi period. Large, Famille Verte porcelain charger signed with artemisia mark. Fine hand-painted and enameled with landscape scene of a mountainous river with trees, houses, a viewing pagoda, and various figures on a bridge and shore, including a fisherman seated in a boat. All surrounded by a band of twelve rectangular panels containing flower heads. The rim is adorned with a band of latticework.
