A camel on an ornate oval base nicely sculptured with fine detail. The camel is a domestic animal in places like Egypt and Saudi Arabia, but wild in many areas. This napkin ring was probably made by Rogers, Smith and Co., number 269. NOTE: THIS CAMEL HAS THE END OF ITS TAIL, often missing, STILL IN TACT.

This napkin ring is a well-formed rooster standing on a tiered, oval vase. The napkin holder has bright cut engraving. Circa 1870. This is made by the Wm. Rogers Mfg. Co #11.

This Victorian napkin ring has 2 Oriental fans supporting the napkin holder, under which there is a butterfly- all mounted on a square, ball-footed base. It is hallmarked #208 with Meriden & Co in a circle.

This Acme silver Co. number 732 three cherries and leaves drape over one side of the napkin holder which has a leaf-shaped base. Sometimes this napkin holder will be marked Standard Silver Co., Ltd.

This napkin ring is 2 1/2" tall and is circa 1885. It is engraved with the name " Grace". It has wonderful patina.

This silver plate Meriden Britania Co. Number 202 napkin ring is a long tailed bird resting upon the stem of a large leaf,its tips creating the feet. The banded napkin ring holder has in its center a leaf design with the space for engraving. This space is engraved "Ella" very lightly and very small. The Japanning shows some wear and there is a bump to the side of the ring. It is hallmarked "Meriden" in a circle. Lots of detailing on this item.

This 6-1/2" tall server is 5-1/2" across, it has an openwork window-style design and pierced handle, and it is stamped with the Canadian Meriden mark with an 1890 pattern number. A 19th century Rococo revival silver plated ornate wine bottle stand/carrier c1875-80. This two bottle stand has a Gothic railing surrounding the bottle section, and a handle adorned by the three Graces with birds on the handle. The base has naturalistic slightly rococo flowers and leaves. It measures just over 12 inches in height, and the base measures 12" x 5-1/8". The handle can be unbolted from the base for easier polishing...

The Simpson Hall Miller repousse "roses" sugar and creamer have the number 170 on the base of each.

The open sugar has a mouth opening of 3 1/4", the creamer 2 1/2". The open sugar is 2 3/4" tall, the creamer2 1/8".

They are in good condition.

A large and ornate pierced blade fish server c1850-70. This fine 12-3/8" silver plated serving piece was made by Edward Barnard & Sons; it has a nicely pierced blade and it has the quatrefoil barnard mark with B in the centre and E, E J and W surrounding, with a shield mark and B mark and bird mark. A Sheffield plate helmet style cream jug circa 1780-1800. This 5" high genuine cream pitcher predates electroplating and it consists of thin layers of silver laid on to copper sheets; the sandwich of metals is then formed into the desired object. This unsigned creamer is in good original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs; it has the expected areas of copper blush from polishing over the last couple of centuries...

This tureen holds 4 quarts of liquid. It was made by the Meridan Britannia Company in 1886-1887.

Outstanding Victorian silverplate napkin ring decorated in the Aesthetic or Japonesque taste. The surface is encrusted with decoration representing flying cranes, crysanthemums, fans, and bamboo. The plain surface of the fan was intended for a monogram, but the napkin ring was never engraved.

Origin: America, circa 1870. Condition: excellent, all original, sharp detail. Size: 1-9/16" diameter; 1-1/8" wide.

A wonderful set of six Victorian silverplate napkin rings. The outsides are decorated with two cherubs grasping baroque reserves framed with swirls of acanthus leaves, pendant bellflowers and other ornate decorative devices. The insides are brightly gilt. It is very unusual to find a complete matching set of Victorian napkin rings.

An unusually nice silverplated studs box, the top decorated with repousse chrysanthemums. The only clue to the box’s purpose of holding a gentleman’s shirt studs and cufflinks is the figural stud finial on the top. The bottom is marked for the Middletown Plate Co. This is a much more decorative example than most.

This is a Fine Two-piece Silverplated FISH SET with Mother of Pearl Handles. Dating circa late Victorian era, the knife measures approx. 10 1/2 inches in length while the fork is 8 inches in length. The Knife Blade has some small scratches near the tip on one side of the normal use variety; overall Condition of both pieces is Very Good +. Victorian silver plated sugar tongs in the Gothic Revival taste. Each of the twisted sides is decorated with a woman (who looks curiously like a nun) holding a child, and an angel-like figure. The oval tips are gilt.

Fabulous figural silverplated shellfish server. Of the highest quality, this piece is formed as two mussel shells flanking an oyster shell, with a double strap handle reminiscent of seaweed. The bottom is marked with a "N & W" hallmark, along with the pattern number "424" and the registry number "333221" indicating a date of 1899.

A very ornate hand chased silver hip flask with a hinged rotating bayonet cap. Monogrammed on the cap, it also has the date 1892. There is a small dent on the cap. Measures 6” high x 3.5".

Dating 1869 is this lovely English dessert set by Henry Wilkinson & Co of Sheffield. Fully hallmarked this great find for the admirer of fine antique Sheffield silver plate. Condition is commensurate with age and use. Fork measures 7 inches long, knife is 8.5".

A very nice small-size silver plate wine taster in the classical style. The bottom features the typical convex bottom surrounded by concave "godrons" adn "cupules." intended to create high and low spots to better appreciate the color of the wine as light is reflected through it. The open shape also allows the bouquet to develop quickly so the wine can be tested easily. The snake handle is generally seen on tastevins from the region of Bourgogne. The tastevin bears an unidentified maker’s mark....
