A figural corkscrew in the form of an equestrian boot by the R Blackinton Co. of N Attleboro, MA. The boot is nicely detailed to appear like textured leather. The corkscrew/opener is silverplated steel for strength. The boot is fully hallmarked on the bottom.

Pair of Victorian Classical sterling silver compotes. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Each: Round solid well and concave sides with pierced leafing scrollwork; raised foot. Rims have applied leafing scrollwork and buds that suggest the influence of Chrysanthemum. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 8743, and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Greek Revival sterling silver footed bowl. Made by Grosjean & Woodward for Tiffany & Co. at 550 Broadway in New York. Bowl wide and shallow with flat fretwork rim. Ornament applied to exterior: Medallions inset with male youth heads surrounded by leaf-and-berry branches. Bowl underside center has petal lobing to which are mounted two side handles with stylized leaf-caps on split volute scroll terminals...

This pretty floral spoon, by the well-known Unger Brothers, is signed with their maker’s mark, hallmark, and “COPYRIGHT 1904”. The pattern is Jonquil, which is the flower for those born in March, representing friendship and happiness. The spoon measures 4-1/2”, and the bowl of the spoon is a little bit under 2” across. English Georgian sterling silver salver, 1727. Square with molded rim and curvilinear corners. Engraved armorial in well center. Rests on 4 corner hoof supports. Substantial with nice heft from the year the first Hanoverian king George I died and was succeeded by his son George II. A really nice piece of native craftsmanship from the early years of the German ascension. Worn marks including London assay stamp. Very good condition.

Victorian sterling silver pitcher. Made by Dominick & Haff in New York in 1894. Ovoid body with chased fruiting grapevines forming 2 irregular frames (vacant). Helmet mouth and raised and round foot with same applied to rims. High-looping branch-form handle. Tall and tactile with succulent bunches. Holds 5 1/2 pints. Fully marked including dated maker’s stamp, retailer’s stamp (JE Caldwell), no. 275, and volume. Very good condition.

An elegant sterling silver tea strainer completely covered in translucent bas-taille enamel. The octagonal bowl of the strainer and the handle are outlined in a delicate trailing pattern of pink roses with green foliage, tied with a pink ribbon at the tip of the handle, all against a pale blue background. The quality of the enameled decoration is superb, as would be expected of any item retailed by Tiffany in this period. The back is marked “Sterling” and “Made for Tiffany & Co.”...

Large turn-of-the-century American Art Nouveau green glass perfume bottle with engraved silver overlay. Globular with short neck and everted rim in collar. Ball stopper. A Large Victorian Silver Plate Fish Slice Set with Ivory Handles, by Atkin Brothers, Sheffield, circa 1880. The Ivory Handles are slightly mellowed and have age splits in each handle. The Fish Knife is a large 13" and the Serving Fork is 10.5", both with etching and piercing. Th knife is signed HA EA FA, for Atkin Brothers. Overall in excellent condition.

A very rare and superb hand made genuine QING DYNASTY SILVER BOWL, with extensive open carving work and depicting the Dragons chasing the flaming Pearl. The base is stamped by a Chinese Hallmark: "SS, followed by a Chinese Character and 90, SUN SHING" as shown in one of the photographs, ca. 1900. Weight: 199 gr. excluding the inset glass bowl. Size: height 7.6 cm. x 13.5 cm. diameter. This silver bowl also has a later added glass inset bowl, which can be removed for easy cleaning!

Turn-of-the-century Chinese export silver picture frame. Oval window in shaped surround with scrolls and flower heads at top, and leaves, stars, flowers, and heart cartouche vacant on stippled ground at bottom. With glass, silk lining, velvet back, and hinged easel silver wire support. Marked “Sterling”. Very good condition with deep patina.
