A very rare and superb hand made genuine QING DYNASTY SILVER BOWL, with extensive open carving work and depicting the Dragons chasing the flaming Pearl. The base is stamped by a Chinese Hallmark: "SS, followed by a Chinese Character and 90, SUN SHING" as shown in one of the photographs, ca. 1900. Weight: 199 gr. excluding the inset glass bowl. Size: height 7.6 cm. x 13.5 cm. diameter. This silver bowl also has a later added glass inset bowl, which can be removed for easy cleaning!

Edwardian Classical sterling silver bowl. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1906. Solid oval well and curved sides with pierced diaper and open leafing scrollwork. This antique custom made two-person saddle is exquisite and the craftsmanship is finely executed, with the metal work and incising of the brass and silver, over a wood frame with iron supports. The front section is with silver open work over copper and brass, added after the silver, brass and silver are finely etched with a scrolled detail, and the finely crafted finial is dome-shaped with delicate spires that are alternating with a braided effect, and a brass bead at the top...

A very nice Imperial Russian enameled silver spoon by Gustav Klingert. The bowl is beautifully decorated in five shades of opaque cloisonné enamels and in translucent red and amethyst. The design I modified floral pattern with a Persian-style reserve. The handle is finished in a fish-scale enameled pattern. Exposed areas of silver are stippled and gilt. The interior of the bowl is engraved “Moscow”, indicating that the spoon was sold as a souvenir to an American or English visitor...

Turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau glass vase with engraved silver overlay. Elongated baluster with flared rim and raised foot. Overlay in form of budding and blooming tulips with entwined and whiplash tendrils. On foot is scrolled cartouche engraved with scroll-letter C between the years 1880 and 1905. Glass is green. Silver has faint marks including La Pierre maker's stamp. Very good condition.

Sterling silver berry/serving spoon in Whiting's beautiful 1893 "Imperial Queen" pattern. This is one of the most sought-after patterns by this maker.

Origin: America, ca. 1895. Condition: excellent, sharp detail, no monogram. Size: 7-5/8".

Aesthetic Movement mixed metal copper basket featuring twig and vine bronze handle with a bronze bird perched on the edge. Design on basket is reminiscent of patterns seen on Japanese textiles. An unusual work of art that can be used for fresh flowers when not on display. No condition issues, it measures 7.75" high, 8" wide, and 5.5" front-to-back.

A pewter tankard marked with the partial touch of John Townsend on the bottom of the inside of the bowl. There are no other marks except the engraved initials “I or J Y” on the front of the tankard. It is 7 inches (17.7 cm) tall and about 6 ½ inches (15 cm) from the front to the back edge of the handle.

Condition: Excellent. The engraving is very crisp. There are a few small dings on the edge of the lid and along the bottom edge...

Lovely cut glass powder jar with a silver lid. The finial is a beautifully-detailed strawberry. The edges of the lid are decorated with classical bound reeding. The lid is also monogramed "FC". Hallmarks are European and the silver content is 916/1000.
