Size and Condition: 9 inches wide, 5 1/4 inches tall, 6 1/4 inches deep. Some verdigris to the patina, the interior glass ink container liner has a small crack, and the inkwell lid does not fully close, though this can easily remedied with a competent repair. Still fine overall condition.

A very rare sterling silver chamber stick in a repousse floral pattern by Shiebler. The overall floral decoration depicts buds and full-blown rose blossoms against a background of leaves. Areas between the leaves are finished with a stippled texture. The knop of the candle socket and the bobeche are plain and make a nice contrast to the elaborate decoration. Patented 1878 and marked with a C placing it between 1902-1907, this Tiffany & Co. server is made in the intricate "Olympian" pattern. The scene on the handle is "Venus Born of the Sea." It has a large shell shaped, gilded bowl. This one is not monogrammed but is in very good condition. It measures approximately 9.5" long and 3.25" across the widest portion of the bowl. It weighs 120.9 grams.
