Beautiful New England Glass Company Plated Amberina tumbler. This rare tumbler is 3 3/4 inches tall, 2 3/8 inches in diameter at the base and 2 ½ inch diameter at the top. This nicely colored piece shades from red at the top to pale yellow at the base, cased over a pale cream liner. There are nine vertical ribs on the tumbler, a polished pontil mark and the rim is fire polished.

Copeland Spode: six small blue and white cups and saucers and a milk jug, a part toy tea service. All transfer-printed in the Italian pattern, early 20th century. Jewelers produced tie pins in the 19th century to meet the increasing demand for novelty jewelry. The spiral ridge near the top of the pin helps to hold the item of clothing, whether it be a tie or a scarf, securely in place. The increasingly liberated and activism of women toward the later half of the 19th century gave rise to a new class of sporting jewelry. Many an equestrienne was wearing horseshoe pins to the lapel of her riding clothes by the 1880's...

Dutch silver figural spice box. Imported to England in 1891 by BH Joseph & Co. An egret gracefully scrolled neck, red glass eyes, and gaping beak stands on one scaly leg, the other leg raised with clenched talons. A beautiful bird with nicely delineated plumage. Hinged at bust. Dutch assay stamp and date letter, and English sterling-standard import marks including London assay stamp. Excellent condition.

Anglican, Lowther Castle Transferware Plate, Purple color Iron Stone, with a man, cow and other anumals in front of Lowther Castle, Ca. 1850, 8 1/4" diameter, crazing on the glaze, the condition is good.

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by Ernst Teichert Dresden around 1884. The mark is blue under glaze. The plate has a diameter of 9 3/4 inches. There is a 1 3/4 inch reticulated border around the plate. The center has a hand painted scene of lovers in a garden. It is surrounded by a cobalt blue border. Elaborate gilding frames the painted scene. The pierced border has panels with flowers alternating with scrolled decorations. It is all outlined with gold...

This is an ANTIQUE STERLING DRESDEN BERRY SPOON or SERVING SPOON by WHITING, Division of GORHAM. This late Victorian Spoon has a Beautiful FLORAL DESIGN on the Handle both front and back. This bisque porcelain figure was produced in the mid 19th century. It has the initials L&M impressed in the base. We do not know the country of origin but it most likely is Continental. It is 10 1/2 inches high and the base has a diameter of 4 inches. It is made of unfired bisque porcelain. The piece depicts a sweet faced child holding a basket of fruit in one hand. There is a feeling of calmness and purity emanating from this figure. Condition: Excellent

English Spode Blue Transfer deep plate, late 19th century, 9 3/4" diameter, 1 1/2" high, with Italian pattern inside fluted rim and two(2) figures attending cows, imprinted mark "Spode 54" "Spode" in underglaze blue, the condition is good.

A Large Round Copeland Tray or Platter in Blue on a White background with a Scalloped Rim with a Gold Edge. The dimension is 15" in diameter, with a height of 1.5". The date mark is for 1881, with the Copeland imprint on the underside. In excellent condition.

A lovely sterling silver powder box by Gorham. The entire body and matching lid are covered in repousse decoration of swirling acanthus leaves. The sides flare out in an elegant curve that is continued in the lid which rises to point in the middle. The bottom is hallmarked with Gorham’s old mark, the pattern number “670” and the date mark for 1890.
