A sweet tinsel (foil) painting of a large bouquet of flowers. The painting itself is in very good condition, with no chips, breaks, or image loss. The period or earlier gilded wood frame has normal expected wear. Period wood backboard. The sight size is 11 1/4" by 9 5/8", and the overall size is 12 3/4" by 11".

A fine sweetmeat with a double ogee bowl with a slightly everted rim. The bowl is atop a bladed knop, below which is a hollow 8 sided molded pedestal stem. At the bottom of the stem are 4 merises above a nicely domed and folded foot.

The glass is in overall excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or restoration. There is a small (1/4" by 1/8") manufacturing flaw in the side of the bowl, shown in extreme closeup in the 4th photo. The flaw can be seen and felt on both sides, but in not broken...

An 18th century antique drinking glass, English lead, with a flared bell bowl, plain stem, rough snapped pontil, and folded foot. Simple, but with elegant form, this glass is 5 inches tall, 2 1/4 inch bowl diameter, 2 1/2 inch foot diameter. Excellent condition.

Early all hand sewn with tiny stitches black doll. The embroidered face is outstanding with the raised eyes, the pupils on a bed of white layered thread and her mouth is also done that same technique. For hair she has cotton floss thread sewn to her head and it is most effective. She has attached arms and legs so she sits easily. Her body is stuffed firmly with cotton. A wonderful antique decorative pair of oval ornate Victorian period sterling silver bowls or baskets, fully hallmarked London, England 1895-96. These high style late Victorian dishes measure 6-3/4" x 5", and are just over 1" deep. They have high relief repousse Gothic designs and pierce-work panels, and they have a W.R.C. maker's mark for William Richard Corke. Superb Staffordshire figural group/spill vase portraying a hunter and his lady. The hunter has his rifle, while the lady as his catch in her lap. Beautifully decorated in bright colors, this grouping is as fine as one is likely to see. Origin: England, mid-19th century. Size: 7-5/8" tall; 4-1/4" wide; 2" deep. This is a long silver watch chain with alternating lengths of longer and shorter fetter links. For the better part of the nineteenth century, chains were fashioned laboriously using hand-working skills. Imagine this little guy hopping across your table providing everyone with salt or pepper! He is intricately detailed all the way down to his feet. His head unscrews to refill salt or pepper. He stands up well and does not wobble. He is marked "800" on his tail and was probably made sometime around 1910. He measures approximately 3" long and 2.5" tall and is in excellent condition.

Authentic antique, Russian (The Grand Duchy of Moscow), a rare version of the Orthodox Byzantine double-sided cast bronze pectoral cross pendant, circa 15th- 16th century AD. Stunning single-vase epergne in blue opaline glass. The deeply ruffled edges of the trumpet vase contrasts with the gentler ruffle of the lower bowl. The coloring is particularly nice.
