This pair of covered vases or ginger jars was produced in France by E. Claus in the late 19th century. They measure 5 inches high, including the lids and are approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The fine hard paste porcelain is expertly hand painted with vibrant sprays of flowers. There are tiny sprigs and buds dotting the surface. The decoration has some similarity to work done by Dresden and Meissen. The lids and bottom of the vases are trimmed with gold...

Lovely large silver plate tray with beading center decoration and trim, with beading around the edges. It has raised handles with wood in the center, and small raised feet. I can't find any markings on it, but it is definitely old and lovely. It measures 26" long by 19" deep and can easily hold a lovely tea set.

Royal Worcester porcelain scent bottle decorated in the style of Japanese Satsuma. The design features a Geisha and a fish on one side and a lady with a fan on the other. Three Yixing or Zi Sha tea bowls, the interior and the base glazed in turquoise, the exterior with four characters in white glaze. One a little greener than the others, and marked “Import”. China, c 1900. Condition: fine, except for a glaze loss near the border of one bowl, caused in fabrication (cf. pics). Height: "2/ 4,8 - 5 cm and diameter "2 ½ - 2 ¾ / 6,5 - 7 cm.

Royal Copenhagen cup and saucer with gold trimming. The cup is adorned with a crown and a calligraphy design. Both cup and saucer are stamped with the maker's mark of Royal Copenhagen. The saucer is 5 inches in diameter and the cup is 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches in height.

A very nice Victorian lacquered papier-mache folding corner shelf decorated with Chinese court scenes depicting a pair of noble ladies relaxing amidst their finery. The design is worked in gold and silver metallic inks and is accented with iron red and flesh-tone colors. Lacquered papier-mache with Chinese motifs were popular in both England and France, and the style of this example suggests and English origin. Ca. 1840. KPM Meissen porcelain is the highest grade of Meissen. The cup and saucer are decorated in purple with gold trimming and laurel wreaths. The saucer is 7 inches in diameter and the cup is 4 inches in diameter and 3 inches in height.

This was a 19th century trade sign for a livery. The zinc composition horse head is highly detailed and very dimensional. Along with having a very life like bone structure, he has a kind eye and a wonderful docile expression. Coldpainted in a muted gold finish. In excellent condition for his very old age (minor crack on nose). Measuring an impressive 24” long x 12” wide X 20” deep. What a great piece to have hanging in your place of business or over the fireplace...

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1891. The date cipher indicates this year. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/8 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The set is made of translucent bone china. The cup has a puffy, quatrefoil shape with a handle that looks like rope. The set is decorated with an Imari type pattern taken from the Japanese. Cobalt blue and rust colored red are the main colors in the floral and geometric design...

A very rare caneware basketweave tureen with a lid featuring 3 little biddies hatching from their eggs by William Schiller and Sons. In very good antique condition, this item was actually used in its earlier days. Worth noting is that some of the original pale blue color still remains on the eggshells. Designed and potted by W.
