Terrific figural porcelain creamer in the form of a lobster. This example has very nice painted details--note how the paint fades from red to pink to white at the edges of the claws. The bottom is stamped with the blue mark.
Origin: Germany, circa 1919. Condition: excellent, only a few tiny paint scrapes; no chips or cracks. Size: 4" high, 5" across.

A very nice folding corner shelf of lacquered papier-mache with metallic decoration of Chinese court scenes. One wall shows ladies riding in a rickshaw while the other shows ladies strolling in a court garden with their guardian. The scalloped edge of the shelf is decorated with a gilt edge.
Origin: England, ca. 1840. Condition: excellent, no cracks, bright coloring. Size: 5” wide; 7-3/8” tall.

This tiny handsewn patch work quilt has just on square that has a little hole. One of the long sides the edge has a bit out of it, maybe it caught on something. The sewing is somewhat unskilled and appears to have been a labor of love rather than perfection. It has a lot of charm and nice enough to be uses on a doll bed or hung on a wall. The fabric backing the quilt is very fragile and fraying but it is nice that it doesn't affect the front...

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in the US by Willets Belleek between 1880 and 1904. The porcelain is very translucent and has designs that are molded into it. The cup has a fancy molded handle and a little pedestal. The rims have irregular, scalloped edges. The set is hand painted with gilded flowers and foliage that flows across the surface. English Royal Worcester Porcelain Pitcher, 19th century, 4 3/4" high, 4 3/4" wide with handle included, beautiful hand painted sprays of floral decoration in semi luster glaze, highlighted with gold. Marked Worcester old mark in green on the bottom. Little gold decorated rim of the spout is worn caused by typical old age. It is in good condition, no damage.

Offered is an excellent and well-preserved 18th Century enamelware box from the Bilston area, circa 1780. This box is enameled on the sides and bottom in a deep royal blue, and is painted in enamels on the front with a theme of doves at the nest and the words "Esteem the Giver" (the "f" being used for the "s" at this date)...

A very finely-made coin silver pastry or cake server, the handle decorated with a spray of flowers in the Aesthetic style. The blade has ornately shaped sholders and wonderful bright-cut engraving. The back of the handle has a period 3-letter monogram "MSS" and is marked "Pure Coin Pat. App. For". The retailer's mark is "Hutchinson & Connell".

These little handmade Civil War era dolls are some of my favorite. This one has on a heavy satin dress with a brown egg wash chintz cotton petticoat. she has a net bonnet adorned with a white ribbon over real hair. She is wearing the tiniest metal eye glasses I have ever seen. She has little rolled arms and a stump body that never had legs. Her dress is melting a bit above her waist and there is a crack in the nut shell but an old one and it is hard to see because she is so small...

An early type of Scandinavian cuphrite brass metal pan for open fire with three legs and a closed handle. Later crude owners initials from time of use are dating to c. 1800. This particular alloy and type was made c. 1750-1780.
The pan with wonderful patina, extensive wear and repairs from the time of use.
