Lovely set of twelve mahogany dining room chairs, circa 1880. They have carved knees leading to ball and claw feet. The two arm chairs measure 39 1/2" tall x 24" wide, and the ten side chairs measure 38" tall x 20" wide.
An American Arts and Crafts Rocking Chair with a Needlepoint Seat Depicting a Flag, Eagle and Liberty 1776. Also with brass studs fastening the needlepoint and brass straps on the top slat. Height 48", Seat 24" wide. Circa 1910 and in excellent condition.
Early American New England Chippendale era tall chest-on-chest. Circa 1770-1785. Cherry/pine secondary. Size: 68.25 inches ht. x 40 inches wide x 20 inches deep. This chest has an upper section with four graduated drawers, while the lower section has three similarly graduated drawers. The drawer fronts have a thumbnail molded edge. The brasses are later replacements. The entire chest is supported on a boldly scalloped bracket base...
American Federal period mahogany lolling chair. Sparse, fine line inlay decoration. Late 18th century. Good condition. Seat height a little low from wear to legs. Seat height about 15 inches. Back height about 40 inches. Width roughly 24 inches.
A Mahogany Inlaid Child's or Youth's Rocker with a rush seat. Dimensions; 29 1/2" high x 19" wide x 17" deep. There is a back label that states "patented 1890", with a date of manufacture of 1902.
For the collector of early and folky American furniture, here is a type of chair commonly referred to as a "firehouse" chair, made of wood, painted generally black but with yellow piping stripes along the top rail and seat, and on the legs. There is also a bit of worn red and gold on the spindles holding up the back.....forgive me if I don't use the correct terminology but I am generally an art seller, not a furniture specialist...

Lovely Renaissance Revival hall stand, circa 1880. It is walnut and all the decoration is burl. It will hold up to ten hats or coats, and has the original iron pans on the bottom. It measures 91" tall x 43" wide x 16" deep and is in beautiful condition.

This is a wonderful tiger oak secretary with a cylinder roll desk. It is circa 1890, Eastlake, with chipped carvings throughout. Its not ornate - its beautifully elegant. It measures 92" tall x 36" wide x 22" deep and is in absolutely beautiful condition. It comes apart in two pieces for moving. The graining on the wood is the best of its kind.
Lovely petite American rosewood settee, circa 1880, hand carved with fruit and nuts. The yellow upholstery is in perfect condition and compliments the settee perfectly. It measures 40" tall x 64" across x 32" deep.
Absolutely beautiful sofa in a variation of Belter's Rosalie pattern. It was made between 1850 and 1860 and is typical of Henry Belter's wonderful laminated furniture for which he is so famous. It measures 42" tall x 74" long x 34" deep. The coloring and graining of the rosewood is just wonderful, and this would make a fantastic addition to any parlor or living room
Beautiful walnut burl three piece Renaissance Revival bedroom set circa 1880 consisting of bed measuring 64" wide x 80" long x 7'8" tall; marble top washstand measuring 32" wide x 21" deep x 47" tall; marble top dresser measuring 44" wide x 22" deep x 8' tall. Both the bed and dresser have urn finials, and the whole set is in immaculate original condition. The graining of the burl on this set, especially on the bed, is exceptional. All three pieces are a matched set and were always together.
