The best Victorian bed we've ever had or seen, this half tester American bed, circa 1860, is absolutely beautiful. It measures 10 feet tall, 83 inches long and 68 inches wide. It takes a queen size mattress. Its in all original condition with the exception of the top having been recovered. Probably made in New York by Prudent Mallard.

An antique Japanese Chobako (merchant box) made entirely of Hinoki (Cypress) wood. All original hand forged iron hardware. Two drawers where papers, documents and writing instruments were stored. Top carrying handle to easily move box from room to room.

Antique Korean Bandaji bedding chest made of Persimmon and Ginkgo wood. With nickel/brass hard mounts with cash patterns with a Ruyi symbol that represents a mushroom or a cloud with the book match Persimmon wood grain also mimicking the clouds. Beautiful walnut burl three piece Renaissance Revival bedroom set circa 1880 consisting of bed measuring 64" wide x 80" long x 7'8" tall; marble top washstand measuring 32" wide x 21" deep x 47" tall; marble top dresser measuring 44" wide x 22" deep x 8' tall. Both the bed and dresser have urn finials, and the whole set is in immaculate original condition. The graining of the burl on this set, especially on the bed, is exceptional. All three pieces are a matched set and were always together.

From our European Collection, a superb Empire style side-cabinet or "meuble-a-hauteur d'appui," 3rd quarter 19th century circa 1850-1875, constructed of richly finished mahogany surmounted by a white-veined, dark green marble top, and with a key-locked central door (with original key) which opens to interior shelving, all decorated with exquisite ormolu bronze / dore bronze castings which are an absolute tour de force in metalwork...

Beautiful ladies chair in a variation of the Rosalie pattern by Belter. Henry Belter became fameous for taking layers of wood, mostly rosewood, and laminating them so that they could bend and form a wonderful shape that showed off the wood so beautifully. This chair is typical of his work, and was made between 1850 and 1860. It measures 39" tall x 24" wide x 29" deep and will make a wonderful addition to any room

Lovely American Eastlake walnut parlor table, made in the 1880s. It has a white marble top, and an great base with a gallery around it. It measures 30" tall x 31" wide x 23" deep and is in excellent original condition.

Beautiful flame mahogany dressing table with marble top, all in excellent original condition. This lovely table is transitional from Empire to Victorian, circa 1870. It has a shell stretcher, and perfectly matched flame mahogany drawers. It measures approximately 73 1/2" tall x 39 1/2" wide x 23" deep.

One of the best tables we've ever had the pleasure of selling, this mahogany table is 60" round when closed. There are twelve leaves, each 9" wide, making the table extend to fourteen feet when completely open. There is a center for support when open. The center pedestal is heavily carved with acanthus leaves ending in paw feet. The table is circa 1870. It has been professionally restored and is in perfect condition...

This is one of the nicest pair of stacking bookcases that we've had, mainly because you can fit large size books in them. Each one is four stacks high, but they are much higher than the usual stackers, and the bottom two are also a lot deeper. Each of the top two sections measures 13" tall x 34" wide x 11" deep. Each of the bottom two sections measures 16" tall x 34" wide x 14" deep. The total of each bookcase is 70" tall x 34" wide. They have been refinished and are in excellent condition...
