An exeptional rosewood tea caddy with heavy cast brass handles and brass cast feet in casket form with shaped lid and lock. The edges are possibly yew wood. The interior is fitted with removable hinge lidded compartments with a round center for mixing bowl which is not included. Though tea caddy displays beautifully it has a couple of flows, the first of which is a gap in the lid toward the right as you face it...
Russian Niello Icon, traveling folded made of gilded bronze, measuring 5“ x 6 3/4“ and framed a beautiful original frame with velvet mat. The work depicts Saint Joseph and the Apostles.
Aside from its elegant proportions and casting, this cast iron planter is exceptional because it retains a large portion of its original salmon and white paint. No breaks or restoration.

Fine Pair of Grand Tour Bronze and Ormolu Candlesticks in the Empire style with fluted baluster shaped shafts , with acanthus decoration on gilt-bronze sections and paw feet raised atop tripartite bases. These would have been brought home as a souvenir by someone who had made the Grand Tour.

A beautiful Austrian Art Nouveau inkwell 9”x 4” measuring 2695 Berlin Estate
Plume & Atwood manufactured this delightful glass oil lamp c. 1870 possibly a little later. It consists of a shaped white terraced base supporting a brass stem which in turn supports the amethyst font embossed with flowers and scrolling stems. The burner assembly is brass. The lamp comes with a hurricane chimney with crimped top. The wick, I discovered late, is in the font. The lamp proper is about 11". The condition appears to be excellent though the burner has some minor warping...

FinePair of Italian Grand Tour Bronze Candlesticks with nicely detailed foliate decoration and with good patina and fine castings. Having a removable ormolu drip pan above a bronze candle cup and supported by a turned and foliate decorated column with a tripartite scrolling ormolu base and mounted on a tripartite bronze plinth. These would have been brought home as a souvenir by someone who had made the Grand Tour. Italy, circa 1870.

Pair French Directoire style carved Mahogany Armchairs, Ca. mid 1800's, 36" high and 18" wide-back, 23" wide-front, 17 1/2" high-seat height, newly upholstered with greenish gold silk fabric and reed arm rest to the square block of interesting carved design. The frame is in very strong, heavy and solid and upholstery work is new. These chairs will go together very well with #1386068 Sheraton sofa in the very elegant traditional living room setting.
This is an original Antique (Pre-1900 / 1900) Gadget Cane, with an Ebony Ball with Coin Handle. The Coin is stamped with the frase "Docendo Discimus Exnihilo Nihil Fit" which translated means: "We learn by teaching. Out of nothing comes nothing."...
Antique Charles X Style Cut Crystal Box, oval with alternating rounded and facet cut decoration, and mounted with ormolu bands and escutcheon. Circa 1900, Probably French.
