A rare Persian hurricane crystal lamp with portraits of Shah Qajar (1848-1896) Multiple colored glass with gilded trim measuring 28” height

A very tall late nineteenth century bronze lamp base in a mixture of classical styles. It was cast in sections then joined with a steel rod running up through the hollow pieces. The flowers on the flying saucer in the middle are attached. Though it could have been made anywhere I suspect that it may have been made in France. 19 inches (48.3 cm) tall.

Condition: All there and traces of gilding. Some corrosion toward the base which wipes off with vigorous work.

A pair of patinated and gilt bronze four light candelabra in the early 19th century style and probably of the period. Most of the later 19th century bases are attached with screws directly to the underside of the feet. These are attached through a piece of wood and bolts are held in place with hand cut square nuts. Good casting and chasing. The height is 24 inches (61 cm).

Condition: overall excellent with much of the patination and gilding intact. One of the candle cups replaced...

Beautiful antique drafting table made by the Washburn Shops at the Worcester Polytecnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts, circa late 1800s. Exquisite gilt brass rosette pulls, notched cross banding inlay, reeded columns with turned legs, and a unique & quite large bin like center drawer flanked by a cabinet door to the left and a large drawer to the right, as well as 3 standard drawers. An exceptional and timeless sideboard, in traditional early American taste.

This is a wonderful tiger oak secretary with a cylinder roll desk. It is circa 1890, Eastlake, with chipped carvings throughout. Its not ornate - its beautifully elegant. It measures 92" tall x 36" wide x 22" deep and is in absolutely beautiful condition. It comes apart in two pieces for moving. The graining on the wood is the best of its kind.

A very high quality mahogany drop leaf table with turned legs and stretchers with a shaped apron at either end. The three boards, one for the top and one for each leaf are well matched single boards. Excellent proportion and a nice small size. 27 ½ tall X 28 ¾ long X 11 ½ wide in inches. With the leaves up 31 ½ inches wide.

Condition; minor repairs including the replacement of one of the feet. There is an old breakout at one of the joints. Good old finish.
